Ah just had an email from Avon saying I owed £18.50 so that amount wasn't a credit at all! so I have the grand total of NAFF ALL in earnings this camp! so blooming cross!

You don't owe them £18.50 hun. They automatically send that out, as there is a cross over with the credits. The accounts department manually put the credits through on your account.

You now have a £0 balance on your account, although it shows £18.50 credits pending, that will zero out, Avon manually put the credits through on your account.

Unfortunately, you haven't earnt as much as you thought on this campaign, because of your additional order £2.50, the returns of £23 and having to pay admin fee and cost of books.

Once you are no longer paying admin fee, you will have to pay for HT items if you order them, your books and anything that does not generate a discount. All these will come out of your discount earnt then.

    does that make sense?

Delivery day for me, and going through I have lots of things which are on my invoice but not in my boxes, also I tried to add some extra items to my delivery at 8am morning after deadline but they aren't here either...grrrrr! So obviously I need to do something bu I Keep reading about bad experiences with call centre so wondering if I might have more success emailing!!?? Any advice?? Thanks peeps :)

I prefer to email in these circumstances. The english customer service department are far more helpful.

Yeah I tend to tell my reps to email (thats what I do myself) - you seem to get more sense that way, I get to fed up on the phone with people who want to stick to their script and can't understand common sense, like when I rang to complain about my delivery being left outside my back door (rather than in my safe location of the shed), said I'd been away so it had been sitting outside for 2 days (MIL had been round a few hours after its usually delivered so brought it inside, but avon didn't need to know that!) - I got asked, was it delivered on the usual day...er I said I'd been away and only just got back, so how on earth would I know!

Far easier to email, state the facts and what you want doing/need clarifying and you usually get a sensible reply :)

hey all :) How are you?? Well... my last territory order went in yesterday *boohoo* Am almost glad though. ASM has said that i can keep my account open for personal orders... is that right?! I only intend to untill we have a new rep in the area! :)

P.s. on my invoice for this campaign it says i have been sent a "sparkle watch" for of charge for some reason or other... what does it look like??! lol

Yeah you can place a small order and it'll be delivered free of charge, you'll get sent a single brochure at 55p, but it's returnable so won't cost you anything. They may be altering it to be that small orders incur a delivery charge, but there's been nothing definate communicated to SL yet, its all been word of mouth so not sure how true it is/when its coming in. But as mentioned when it was found out, you could just order a few extra items to make your order large enough, and then return them anyway!

You can still order from just HT and get your stuff cheaper as HT prices don't rely on you hitting mov/hov x

I got this watch this week as I have lasted my 1st year! It's a silver strap watch with diamante around the face. It's quite nice.

If you send Avon a message via the contact us bit of the website saying you need them sending out asap as it's affected all your customer orders and means you can't deliver until you received them, so you could End up paying late otherwise. They should then get themselves movig sharpish and should hopefully be posted asap with any luck and be with you by the weekend. Happened to one of my reps recently having a load of missing stuff but she did this and it arrived fairly quick.

Thanks for your advice. I emailed on Tuesday asking them to send it asap and it arrived today. My customers have all been quite understanding, thankfully!
