Ok so my total sales were £225.30, my cost was £174.85 and I earnt £50.46.

The sales included £18.50- 7.50 admin charge and £11 for books and bags.

I paid £181.22 to Avon which was what my bill came to in the end. not sure why it was this in the end.

Anyway I then returned two items worth £23, well I have returned them online but not physically.

Also I had to make an additional order and my two products that were late from the main order came with that that totalled £24.87.

My balance is £18.50 so I still have stuff to pay and not a lot left! I've calculated that I should have "earnt" £31.96 after the admin charges are taken off.

So if you managed to read all of that what have I done wrong here? I have charged people what their bills said but I have still messed up:(

hi, have had a look, and think you have paid in advance for your additional order as well as your main order, you would have been charged £2.50 on your additional order, but you should have deducted the credits you were returning, from your bill.

I think you have overpaid your bill, and you will find when you log in, there are probably credits showing on your account.

aww hun, you are not being thick. Your upliner should have shown you all this, you aren't supposed to understand it on your own

There is nothing you can do if there are credits on your account, they deduct this money from your next bill, they won't send them to you.

    Will PM you hun.
  • Hi everyone

Just wanted to say thank you to all the contributors on here for invaluable help. I've just finished my first campaign and am ready to place order. Unfortunately I appear to be one of the unlucky new reps who has been left to get on with it by my ASM (who also tried to get me to become an SL on sign up). Thanks to you guys I've managed to work out creative ordering etc. I've not had one phone call or email since starting, I did receive one text but it didn't answer a question I had. I've left two messages today as my order is due next week and I would like to know when she will be bringing my books for C7 but had no reply. The text I had was 2 weeks ago.

I actually feel very upset tonight as I've spent 2 hours putting my orders on, I've slogged my guts out to reach over £250 with no help from anyone except my husband. Sorry to offload but I feel really sorry for a lot of the other new reps. I do at least have a lot of previous experience in sales & have run my own business so I have that advantage, whereas I can see some poor girls are struggling and might give up due to lack of support. I just wonder what the point of me paying the admin fee was when I could have just used the money to order my own books.

Thanks again and good luck to you all :T

Thanks hun, really appreciate it. If I ever get to SL level I will make sure my reps fully understand everything and feel comfortable to ring, text or email if they need help.

Your ASM is meant to sit with you to do your first order and bring your next set of books! mine did do that and when I had an issue with an order she was available to talk to me and apart from trying to get me into being a SL I have had no contact.

I can't beleive you have been left so much in the lurch! that is really bad:mad: I agree that many people would give up due to lack of support, knowing things like out of 60 houses you might only get 5 orders is helpful because then you know it's the norm.

No wonder potential customers get put off, on one of my roads several people have asked me to stick around because the previous reps haven't lasted long, which I am determined to do, I don't want to let people down.

Well done on your sales for first camp! my first one was awful, wish I had known about CO then! this thread has been the thing that has kept me going with it.

    I have another query.

A customer has ordered 3 of the skin so soft products on pages 108-109 of C5, thinking they are £6 for three. WEhen I put them in the order they came up for £4.10 each and upon investigation I found that she had ordered two off pages 108-109 and one offpage 110 which is part of another deal 3 for a £5.

She hasn't left a contact number and I can't get over to see her today so what shall I do, when I spoke to her she said she ordered the 3 to get the special deal yet this hasn't come up as she tried to order things from two deals.

I was wondwering whether I should just order her another product in the 3 for £6 deal and explain it when I deliver.

No one sat through my first order! i really was left to my own devices too, my SL lived an hours drive away, kept saying if i had problems then email or txt, but i've not heard from anyone in a while, though the ASM's have been far more help! Loads of people i knew who were reps kept mentioning about "CO" and for once i saw an opportunity to do it, but its not gonna work properly for me if i dont even hit MOV! roll on sunday when i get my books and orders in!

yes hun. Order the third item, so she can get her 3 for £6 deal, and charge her the £6, you should be able to return the third item you are buying for her for a credit, on it's own, and not be out of pocket.

I might have to sit and play with my account, to see how it works.

(ps sent you an email this morning)
