Really carp collection day yesterday. Picked up 1 new customer, though, who hadn't returned a book in C3. I've got spare C5s so I've been giving them to people I usually wouldn't. It's got me a customer, but also the other extreme as well.

40 books dropped
23 reminder notes left - mostly because people we in watching the football and that means you can't answer the door

Morning all

Been out to collect books this morning and have a query for you. I'm on C6, and a customer had ordered "Vibes Cleansing pads", has put the correct price of 2 for £5 but put the code for the actual power cleanser. I'm thinking she's wanting the refill pads...just wondering what your opinion would be on what to order. She hasn't left any contact details except her name & house number so I can't text or phone her like I would do.

Guess I best go out and see if I can get some more books in, out of 37 put out I've collected 6 so far. Already written up 10 cards saying I'll call back tonight after 6.30 :rotfl::rotfl:

Well I dropped 50 books on friday - got 6 back, no orders PMSL - thank goodness I chose to use my back campaign 5s LOL
Have managed to get NO leads sign up for the last 2 weeks - I get hot leads but when I call them they don't answer and they never reply to my voicemails! Depressing!

I am intrigued!! I have found a new customer via Gumtree... She emailed wanting 'moisturiser', so I emailed back witha link for the book and offering to drop a book off if she wanted. She replied not wanting a book, and asking for the anti insect stuff ie the dry oil spray, so I thought. I said this and she forwarded an email saying it's not that but the moisturiser itself, and she had checked with the place in Loch Lomond where they stay and that is the one they all use there.
I was under the impression it was only the dry oil spray had all the effects?? Anyone know any more?? Is it the whole collection? I suppose it is the same fragrance....

Well as far as I know it's only the dry oil but I guess the moisturiser would still have the citronella... however if that's what she wants...

Yeah, she has been specific... but on further thought, originally I thought it was only the 'blue' dry oil spray, but she has asked for the 'pink' moisturiser.... I am wondering if I should take a dry oil spray for her, and explain I thought this was the one that had the 'effects' (!) and let her take it if she is going away and she can pay me on return for it, if it turns out that one is better (she is local, plus I can order the creatively to cover myself) What do you think??

Collected the first half of C6/C5 brochures and looking dire. Best customer in hospital and some other regulars not ordering this time. At this rate, be lucky to make HOV!

A customer recently bought the perfect wear eyeliner, and has just asked me if she needs to 'shake it to get more ''liquid'' out again' Can anyone enlighten me please?
Sorry if it is a thick question, but I use the pencil ones. On the subject of thick questions, can you sharpen the supershock gel eyeliner pencils as normal??
