meeting went well with sl tonight, got some territory, sent texts round mates, and dropped off ten books at the start of one of my streets with a note introducing myself and doing a free gift with orders over £15 so shall see how that goes.0

Yet another question!!!
Why are the wax strips not suitable for use by diabetics please??
some diabetics might have neuropathy and cannot tell if the wax is too hot and therefore may risk burning themselves.
nueropathy - Diabetic neuropathy affects all peripheral nerves: pain fibers, motor neurons, autonomic nerves. It therefore necessarily can affect all organs and systems since all are innervated. There are several distinct syndromes based on the organ systems and members affected, but these are by no means exclusive. A patient can have sensorimotor and autonomic neuropathy or any other combination. Symptoms vary depending on the nerve(s) affected and may include symptoms other than those listed. Symptoms usually develop gradually over years.
Symptoms may include:
Numbness and tingling of extremities0 -
Hi guys, it's my 1st time posting on here although I have been following for a while. Had a really good campaign this time - usually have orders around £160 - £200 but managed well over £300 this time. Had a note in my order from Avon congratulating me on my 1st year and saying there was a free gift inside. I was really chuffed when I opened my 1st box and found loads of stuff in there I hadn't ordered. Silly me though it was my free gift, but NO, it someone else's order! About 20 items are missing from my order and typically its all the most expensive stuff - herve leger perfume, anew stuff etc. and there is loads of colour trend stuff in the box that isn't mine. I am ordering replacements now for all the bits that are missing but does anyone know how long they will take to arrive? It's affecting about half of my orders. Also, how do I return the stuff that isn't mine, as I can't seach my last order to return it as I didn't order it! Thanks!0

When the courier comes to deliver your order, you can box up all the items you did not order, put them in a box, put a note in with your account number, explaining these were all delivered unrequested. They will deal with it then.
Ask for immediate replacements, but it can take 7-10 working days, when is your next order due, if it is less than 7-10 days, then don't do immediate replacement, they will send the replacements with your next order. If it is more than 7-10 days, ask for immediate replacements.0 -
Thank you, my next order isn't due for 3 weeks so have asked for immediate replacement. I just can't believe what a mess they have made of it. I have never had a problem with my orders before. On the bright side, my free gift was a nice watch!0

If you send Avon a message via the contact us bit of the website saying you need them sending out asap as it's affected all your customer orders and means you can't deliver until you received them, so you could End up paying late otherwise. They should then get themselves movig sharpish and should hopefully be posted asap with any luck and be with you by the weekend. Happened to one of my reps recently having a load of missing stuff but she did this and it arrived fairly quick.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

newbeginning - I know you posted a while ago about this, taken me a while to reply! Anyway, the Anew creams you found in a shop - it was definitely TK Maxx not TJ Hughes? Just wanting to be sureI used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.
I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.
