I promised one of the customers who took c5 into work a free gift, but she's not ordered anything herself personally. She did manage to get me £17 worth of orders, any suggestions as to what I could get her? She works in a hairdressers if thats any use :rotfl:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0

I dont know whether to fed up or chuffed to bits lol
My personal sales for C5 are PANTS I went out to collect 40+ books today and 2 orders for a total of £15... GAAAAH! and only one of them from my territory. That is a total of 3 orders from my territory - the rest are from friends, neighbours or work colleagues... and thankfully I have a few books to collect from them yet or I'd be lucky to hit MOV let alone HOV! I have to say my patch is seriously seriously badIt's one of those areas which gets a LOT of through traffic and as a result most of them get bombarded with junk mail and so aren't interested - and it's the first place new reps go door knocking apparently (in 3 camps I've had reports of 2 different reps knocking on doors asking if they are interested in Avon - thank goodness one of my customers sends them off with a flea in their ear lol (a polite one!
)
One stretch which accounts for more than half my houses (just over 50 houses) I've had 1 sale from in 2 camps... Definitely going to be releasing that one back and asking for something else... problem is my ASM is rubbish! I rarely get a reply to my mails and never if it's a complaint or request... those just get ignored!
On the GOOD news front... my first rep is doing brilliantly!!! She's flown past HOV already and has a few days to go still - got her another village too so she's ordered a tonne of books! Has anyone worked out how to clone good reps? Because I want to close this one!
And the not so good... rep number 2 quit before putting in a single order... "just didn't think it would suit her after all..." How would she know?? She never even tried! GAAAAH!
Rep 3 so far looks to be good tooBut that means I only have 2 and I still need 3 more to become full SL... darned it!
Want more reps!!! GRRRRRR

You built up a Treasure Chest yet i.e. freebies and/or extra products you've managed to get really cheaply because of CO? If not, what about a demo/new room & linen spray and or hand cream? Always tend to stock up on room & linen sprays when they're at 99pMake the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I stocked up on a few of the planet spa items that are in HT clearance at the moment and they are really good. I also look out for special offers that customers haven't taken advantage of, such as buy one get one for £1. If you are getting any items yourself from the clearance section this time, you can order a moisturiser for 60p. I am sure a hairdresser would find it useful to use on her hands.0 -
This will be my first order so no treasure chest yet :rotfl:Going to have a look at the clearance bit in the HT see if I can find something in there.Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0

Oh dear, MrsT.... difficult to know what to suggest other than to ask your upliner to help. It's in their interests too to get you qualified. I didn't even contemplate SLship until I had 5 newbies lined up all ready to sign. In theory it should've been easy to qualify but, think as I've already posted, it took me about 6 camps and that only happened then because my upliner just told me to keep a day free and dragged me round signing up loads and tagging them to my team! :T A good upliner really is worth their weight in gold.
As for your sales, am beginning to think it's more about who you know.... One of my customers is a 'worker bee' (she's had to be). Did approach her about being a rep but she just doesn't like the admin side of things so we've come to an arrangement: she gets 10% of any orders she gets from her friends. Every now and then I also give her some freebies that I've managed to get from Avon so she's chuffed to bits. Our arrangement works fine for both of us, she gets orders that I would never have a chance of and she earns a bit extra too.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Oh, sorry, Nicki, I forgot. Hmm... bit of a moveable feast this but...
C5 - have any of your customers ordered jewellery? If so, any chance their combined orders might mean you qualify for a free Pamper Kit? Sometimes customers overlook the offers altogether or sometimes they might order £15 worth so are only entitled to one free PK but if you have two such customers, make sure you claim the extra PK. Similarly if someone orders the Diamondesque Set make sure you claim 2 PKs anyway (and give them one). If you do manage to get a free PK then, obviously, you'd have the choice of the nail varnish, hand cream or Faraway product to give away as your free gift.
Check out your 99p products - maybe the lavender handcream in C4 (if she likes it she might then order the deal in C6 i.e. 4 item pamper pack for £5?)
In general, when trying to build up your business I'd always suggest giving free gifts from current products rather than clearance i.e. encourages them to buy them.
Good luck and let us know what you decide (and whether she was pleased with your choice).Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Oh my upline is greatit's thanks to her I have any leads at all! All the advertising I've done myself has had very low yields (either completely unrealistic expectations, under 18 or 100 miles away LOL) but I WILL get there!!!
I'm trying to work out which of my customers I can badger to take books to work with themSo far none have jumped out at me as good prospects but I'll get there! It's just a shame that a long standing rep has a monopoly round here yet won't recanvass at ALL so leaving loads of untapped territory locked up from everyone else...
ASM won't even talk to her about it as I guess she's a good regular earner and I can understand why the ASM doesn't want to annoy her... irritating though as it really hinders anyone else round here!
Not to mention the attitude the rep has with customers! I guess all I can do is wait until she retires... given that some of the customers who've given up on her actually thought she'd passed away I don't know what that says for her customer service skills! I know she was poorly a while ago, but I think that leaving your customers so long they thought you were "gone" is a little... odd :S Or is that just me?
Ah well - I shan't give up!And in fairness it would be a lot easier to get my team up IF work didn't have a damned holiday freeze till end of March! Because another team is dead busy WE have to have a holiday freeze out of solidarity... !!!!!!! They never have anything out of solidarity with us!! Why should we have it for them!! Really really really annoying and getting in my way now as I'm restricted to evenings and weekends! GRRRRR

Oooo hang on....
I have 2 orders (1 c4, 1 C5) for the Anew Pro serum, then a derma full 3 (same C4 order, but cheaper through C5), and a day renewal (again same c4 order, but cheaper in C5). I was going to put all but 1 of the anew orders through C5 and just 1 through C4 to get the bonus bag as CO. If I put 2 through on C4 (one where I would only save £5) I could claim a beauty bonus bag - how about that? Or would you just order a 99p item like the shower gels (p112/3 c4)?
Sorry for all the questions but Johanne isn't well again and I don't want to be quizzing her. She needs to concentrate on her health!Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

If you can do CO then I would but I wouldn't give it all to customer as that is a big thank you gift imo for £17 of orders. Maybe give her one of the things and keep the rest for treasure box. If she had got you £100 of orders then maybe I would give her it all, but if you give her all the good stuff now she might expect it in the future. Then maybe I am just a tight ar*e :rotfl:0
