    Hello ladies,

I haven't posted on here in ages so thought it was about time I re-surfaced! To be honest I was so cross with my first delivery of the new year its probably a good job I didn't post because I was fuming!! :rotfl:

I had 26 items missing from my order, 26!!!! They were all high end items, foundations, serum & Anew bits, I sensed the customer service guy questioning if I really did have that many items missing. Long story short, a phone call and very strong but polite email managed to cut the 5 to 7 days to Monday morning delivery (normal delivery was Wed previous). So I suppose they did pull their fingers out but it was a real pain having to go out twice to deliver. Just thought I'd share my story incase it helps someone else in the future.

I'd also like to thank my SL Lozza because she's brill, I'm always asking her questions and bless her she keeps on answering! :rotfl:

I'm testing out the introduce a friend and get a free gift on C4, fingers crossed it works.

Happy Friday everyone, sorry for the long post!
    :p

26.... WOW.... that's a huge amount (and also a nice 'little' extra for whoever's box your goodies actually ended up in! )

Did get one item this time, which is normally shrink wrapped but without any wrapper at all. Noooo ideas how that happened.

Good luck with your new incentives and really glad you've got a good upliner - makes all the difference. :T

Trouble is as we all know additionals turn up when they like, I waited for a book order for myself for about 9 days! At least if we deliver them to reps they can get them asap, which if they're desperate for books from you they probably need them sooner rather than later. Yes you're lovely to your reps - I just hope they appreciate it! I've had too many people waste my time in the past so keen to avoid making a rod for my own back. Like the time I helped a rep with a coffee morning shed organised, wasted 4 hours of a precious Saturday with OH for that (he only gets every third weekend off) which I didn't mind as wanted to help - only her mum turned up. OH ventured to the papershop which was 3 shops down, no sign in the window of the event even though shed been keen to advertise! Not making that mistake again in a hurry, being as she didn't say thank you!
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A

Yes, appreciate where's you're coming from, Lozza. I'll help anyone once but then think twice if they're not prepared to help themselves.

Am sooo lucky to now have a lot of time on my hands and a brilliant OH, who supports me to the hilt. (Hasn't always been like that.... which actually just makes me appreciate my current situation all the more.) :)

No need to apologise; CO is basically just maximising the potential of your Avon order i.e. customers only see one book but reps have 4 to choose from so..... takes time but you search out the best price/deal for whatever your customer has ordered and up to you whether you pass that deal onto your customer, encouraging loyalty, or keep the extra £'s/product(s) for yourself.

I remember you posting last year. Remember your Avvi.
  • So far I've not really managed to get into the creative ordering thing, I've not really tried to be honest, some of it seems more hassle then its worth lol. Although I am back ordering myself some of the Magix face profector at £4 rather then paying the full price for it in C4 lol. I'll keep trying though,
