    Just to be clear, I did fill out the form for the second time after filling out the email version of the form this week so thank you for making enquiries.

    I have received an email today from Vodaphone saying that my “order” is ready at the shop for collection. The email does not explain what the order is. I did not order anything from Vodaphone. My line is disconnected and requires reconnection. If somebody can kindly call me on my landline that you have details of or email me and explain what is happening please, Id very grateful. Thank you in advance.

    It is probably a replacement sim given they disconnected you in error, call the branch and ask :) It's alot quicker than sending in the mail so I'm guessing from account details V know you are very near a branch and not the countryside.
    SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

    Thanks for explaining that to me. If that’s the case, why couldn’t Vodaphone explain so? I will call the branch first as advised and confirm this. Although I don’t live in the countryside, it’s not that convenient to take a trip into town to collect this. Are they really scrimping on postage costs for a mistake they made?! Even so, a simple explanation from any of the 8 Vodaphone parties I have spoken to would have helped.

    I'm grateful that you are attempting to help but I'm not sure what you mean by not having received anymore emails from me. I have just filled the form again as requested making it the fourth time I fill the form now. There seems to be a serious communication problem here. Instead of more form filling why cant Vodaphone call me back on my land line as numerously promised ? Can you also please explain what the order waiting for me at the shop is? I never made any orders to Vodaphone.

    I have sent an email after reading this link after trying your contact link but it will not let me access it. Please confirm you have it before I have to post all the details of the appalling service from Vodafone.
