My issue appears to be slightly different from most in that I am actually a 3 customer, using a phone bought from them on a contract. Unfortunately it appears that VODAFONE have blacklisted my handset, despite it being in my possession all of the time (and having never been on vodafone or had a vodafone sim in it ever!).
Not being a customer of theirs they refuse to speak to me as they have none of my details....today I have had one 20 minute phone call fail when they tried to connect me to a different department, one customer services rep hang up on me after failing to understand my query and the third was just plain rude and hung up on me after he failed to assist me in the slightest and refused to pass me to either a supervisor, manager or the complaints department.

I wonder if Lee - Vodafone Company Rep can assist me in any way getting my phone back working as Vodafone are not replying to my phone calls nor are they replying to 3's fraud department who are also trying to contact them.0 -

If the contract has a default against it they will block the phoneIt's not just about the money0 -
Hi Silk, the phone came from 3 when I started the 3 contract. Never defaulted against it and never had anything to do with vodafone that would cause them to block it!0

3 have told me that, as have the local phone repair shop.0

Thank you so much for sorting out my problem it is so nice that I only had to explain something to you once and you manage to sort it out not like the experience I had with vodafone call centre but like I say Thank you Lee for all your help.0
