Great! I bought it on my credit card so I wonder if I can dispute it with them eventually? Probably have to give Vodafone 28 days I guess.

Its a good tactic by them I guess, just never actually arrange the return and then people are forced to keep the product?

No. The credit card company is jointly liable and you can demand they refund you. Don't accept any nonsense about waiting for the other party to sort it out.

I honestly give up!
Even after formally complaining via their website after 3 months of issue after issue for my discount and cashback on my account, the customer relations staff called on saturday and i cannot describe how disgusted i was with their attitude, they don't care at all and no channel i have spoken to them on do they put their customer first or act with any integrity. wish i never got a contract with them. i shall be writing to the ombardsmon if this is not resolved.

I have repeatedly requested a returns bag for a phone you sent me in error in November 2014. I STILL have it ! You have repeatedly advised me that the Directors Office would be in contact. They have not. I have made every effort to return this phone to you and have seemingly got nowhere.


I am therefore putting you on notice. If collection is not arranged within 14 days of todays date I will presume you do not want the phone and dispose of it as I see fit.

Hi Lee, happy to report that I've just started to get my Network back. Obviously a few issues including the Employee discount, online account and compensation to discuss, can you contact me tomorrow please? Thanks did your efforts.
