    Guess what happened again!!!!! put my freedom freebie on last thursday 26/9/2013, to be told today that my credit is running out tried to ring customer services but guess what not enough credit, this has been happening now for well over a year and a half, after i put my freedom freebie on last thursday, i texed to GROW my freedom freebie points, and recieved a text saying my points had grown, then the next few days i was recieving texts that vodaphone has been unable to take money for freedom freebie threw automatically renewing , well they wont have as i have not set it up to automatically renew, so once again im left with no service that i have paid for.

  • just tried to text my girlfriend it wont work, so go top up at the cash point and top up you say cash points 10 miles away.....
  • Was told by eve the manager that my freedom freebie of £15 did not go on as they stopped doing them mid July when I said I was not texed this information, as I have log on my phone she was unable to find a text that had been sent, then I mentioned that I had atect of vodaphone from the end of July telling me that £15 freebies services have been renewed she said because I could not prove this I had to go to a vodaphone store to show them, so I put £15.00 on last week then went to put another £5 on today now they want me to show the text in the shop I have a screen pick but they can't do that, the lady said the automatic renew was on even though I've tried to turn it off as I go top up every month at the hole in the wall. The manager said there was nothing she could do so once again I have not received the service I am paying for. I am going to take this further as I have basically paid £20 and have not received what I wanted I feel like I have been ripped off, this is causing me a lot of stress I could not even wish my girlfriend happy birthday today until I put extra credit on
  • Oh and twice I was cut off this morning trying to get threw and you say I never diactivated it on your automated lines, I was on the phone for 5mins

  • I'm not updating the thread lee until its sorted out, I have filled out the form before and nothing has happened my number is 07825776389, and I'm guessing I'm soon gonna have to put more credit after 14 years this is how I'm treated , disgusting

    If you want Lee to help you then send the email and post the referance ....posting your phone number on a public forum for the world to see is rather a silly thing to do so suggest you edit the number out of the post
