    Hi, I am having a real problem re an early upgrade on my first vodafone contract between the store and the customer services dept. customer services don't understand my issue and keep referring me back to the store and the store understand but say only cust svs can resolve! Can a Vodafone rep on here have a look at this for me at all, thanks.

    woooho at last there done something!! I rang this morning explained again to customer services what has been going on for over a year. She said one second i will just speak to my manager she came back and said i could renew my phone today ( contract dint due to end till Jan 2014 cud renew from oct 2013) So i have got a new contract with them today so heres hoping this will go a lot smoother! :)
  • Let's hope you get what they promised. Many don't and end up in a worse mess.

    If it's another 24 month contract that means you will be in contract till Jan 2016
    Fingers crossed the new phone lasts longer than the last one ;)

    Well i thought it was 24 month one but when i looked on my account online it says this You will be able to upgrade this number from 25 December 2014 so i can upgrade end of next year!! :) so hopefully will last a lot longer then the last one

  • Had a call from retentions yesterday and they offered me a new contract that blew any other deals out of the water! I had placed my order with O2 (but cancelled it now) and they matched the line rental but gave me miles more minutes/texts/internet and the phone for free! Still pretty pleased with the deal :D

    Unfortunately that doesn't carry as much weight as I would hope! And I did think it may have been from my email to the Web Relations Team but it seems not either!
