Hi nedoyle,

I will be more than happy to look into this in more detail for you. Can you send me an email to the address here with WRT135 FAO Heidi in the subject and include a link to this thread?
Many thanks,

Yes, having spoken to the Customer Relations team this afternoon I have been told I will have:
My PAC (which I do now have although won't use as already given everyone my new number I had to get out).
All my line rental charges, refunded.
Cancellation fee waived.
£150 compensation to cover loss of earnings and time / resources expended resolving the matter with you.
I feel this suitable given my grievances and thank you for finally offering me what is suitable. I will of course post back to confirm whether or not this offer is followed through.
It's a shame - all the issues were caused by incompetent and rude store staff, and an over zealous anti-fraud system. These faults have cost your network hundreds of pounds. But, as our business relationship has now ended for good these are your issues to adress, or leave in place for other customers to suffer. Your choice.
I just wanted to let everyone know that I have now recieved £183 BACSed into my current account from Vodafone, for the lost income, resources, and line rental charged without a service being provided.
So far so good, but I have no access to my bills online and nothing has been posted to me, also my credit files show the account still open, so I still can't know whether my account will be closed or whether further line rental will be applied.
Will keep y'all postedCashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

Just a friendly warning to anyone thinking of joining Vodafone,DON'T, PLEASE DON'T, I've just managed to escape them after a 12 month Sim only contact for myself & my Wife. I'll make it the abridged version for you, I applied for 2 Sims which I received for about 10 days neither would work, eventually after numerous calls to Customer Don't Care mine started working & eventually my Wifes did but some bright spark had forgotten to de-activate the previous persons details, my Wife started receiving text's demanding payment of loans, gas & Electric, mortgages & all sorts, then she started receiving pornographic videos of young girls etc, home made stuff, so I informed Customer service who's answer was for me to have a 50 mile round trip for a new Sim card, they wouldn't send out a new one or cancel the old one, so I informed the big Boss Guy Laurence & eventually after weeks of messing & dealing with one of his Directors Office minions it was sorted.
So with a month left of my contract I informed them I was leaving & could I have 2 PAC numbers & 2 unlock codes, yet again it all went belly up & I spent weeks sending e-mails & calling or dealing with different people everyday because the code wouldn't unlock my Wifes Nokia(Purchased from Vodafone) they again wanted me to do the 50 mile round trip but eventually we agreed that I would send the phone to them to unlock, this was after a promise of paying the postage & recompense for almost 4 weeks of hassle & calls, I was concern they may renege on their promise & of course they did, saying the phone was already unlocked (Although I'd used 2 different codes 3 times in total & all saying"Code Failure"), so no monies at all not even the postage. So of course I told them what I thought of them & to shove their remunerations as far up their **** as they could.
DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY'RE NOT WORTH IT,
IMVHO.

I took out an 18 month contract on my iphone 4 with vodafone which is when the first problem happened i noticed one night that my signal kept going called customer services to be told my phone is broken a month after i got it and that i should do a hardware reset. i did reset my phone only to find out from the forums and the local vodafone shop that there was a signal problem in my area so no probs with my phone. After that incident i gave up calling hoping to get a sensible email response. I emailed customer service as to why i had been charged 8.334 at midnight for wap which from researching seems higher than anything metioned. I have now recieved an email back saying that I have no internet in my deal and that the charge for wap was 0.833. Given all the information i gave them surley they should at least be able to give an accurate answer. I fear calling vodafone customer services but i need to check this charge as i dont think its fair.0

Hi spotbot,
It's really disappointing to read your post and I can assure you this is not how we want our customers to feel.
I understand that you are no longer with us, but if there is anything outstanding that you need any help with I will be more than happy to.
You can email me personally via the address here with WRT135 FAO Heidi in the subject box. Please also include a link to this thread.
Hi vickimonster,
I am sorry to hear that you have also experienced some problems. I can certainly help with this. Could you also contact me via the details above and I can then get this resolved.
Kind regards,
Heidi

Had enough now and time for a lengthy letter of complaint detailing all my 'issues' but rather then send this to the generic customer address anyone got the details for the director?
I remember someone once posting details of a website that has all the addresses and e-mails of senior bods at companies but can't find it now.
TIA.
But after 9:30 when I was surfing net, my Balance became Rs. -391.70 – which means I was charged for surfing net even after I had not been finished with my validity. But as per promo message from your side I knew my GPRS was active till 11:59 p.m, as it had said the new validity will have to be done from “tomorrow”, which by common logic means that from 00:00 a,m, of the next day.
I had called customer care several times and in the end, the solution they told me was that my validation had end at 9:15 p.m because previous month I had recharged at 9:15 p.m.
I still have the message that "Dear Customer, your vf live +VMC pack of rs 98 will expire tomorrow" saved on my cell. It does not mention the time or whatever and I have no information at your website about the expiring of promo. There was no mention of such time-bound periods for validity, only dates were mentioned.0 -
I'm a customer of Vodafone India , Animesh Sarkar, with the phone number and I have a Plan with GPRS 98. I got a message for end date of validity on 21th August.

There is no point copying and pasting the same thing three times.
You are a Vodafone Essar customer and will have to contact them for any problem.
The Vodafone UK rep would be unable to see a Vodafone Essar account.0
