    Update:
I am returning the sandals and the jeans, they dont fit - urgh. Cant undeclare that though as it was from a return brought before the challange started.
I am sooo impressed with Marks and Spencers Pjs!! Not only was they only £9.50 - but I need a size smaller than normal... and they are so comfortable and also to say there MS very lovely. Hopefully newlook lady will mess up and give me cash back instead of another exchange.

Declaring a £3.50 spend on a New Look blouse from the charity shop. It's really pretty and will do for spring, summer and work and home. Takes me to £18.50 for the year so far.
  • Hi all. Went in New Look yesterday. They had bikini bottoms for £1 as no tops! I was tempted as they were a bargain. But not brave enough! Are any of you ladies?! No shopping for me, just present for Mum (buying early as a bargain in Laura Ashley).

Purchased a vintage long necklace, with a cute camera pendant. couldn't resist as photography is my passion and it was only £2.29.:D

As I've decided all accessories are included in budget I'd like to add it to my total. Which now stands at £5.79.
Emergency fund saved, we did it!!

:rotfl: I don't think I am! I am going on holiday this year, but to Morocco - don't think they'd appreciate it!

What I will say though is that given how most women are a different size top and bottom, would it be possible to buy a different top (highlight co-ordinating colour) to go with it. Could, of course, just end up throwing good money after bad.

I've got a few black bikini bottoms and often wear different coloured tops with them on hols - when you're by the pool or in the sea I'm sure no one really notices.
  • Another spend to declare!

Black embellished sandals - which were on my list - £29.99 down from £70 in TK Maxx (again)

So thats now £128.97. MUST stop spending, but still waiting on delivery of the LBD and black weekend boots!

    Mortgage-free Glee! Debt-free and Proud!
..... cos it's a bit warmer today I got my black jacket out to wear (instead of big bulky coat) and there was a 'chiffon' (nylon!) scarf round the hanger in similar colours to what I am wearing. Soooooo (deep breath) I tied it round my neck and felt really grown up!!!!

    I'm such a wally :rotfl:
