£10 on a top in Asda. Black and whote stripes, looks good with jeans and a belt - and am fed up of wearing the same things all the time so fancied a little treat :) Tried a few things on whilst I was in town but couldn't bring myself to buy a bigger size :o I have £50 Arcadia vouchers and really want some dark jeans but nothing looked right - I'm not quite big enough for the next size yet (!) it's back to the diet for now :p

Was also very tempted by a DKNY handbag but £240

Im afraid I have to declare an extra £2.50

I have chosen a dress in my wardrobe :O that I love, has been worn a few times, but anybody at the receptions never saw it... so spent £2.50 on an hair facinator from the newlook sale to add a little extra to the outfit :) Already got an handbag. Possibly need some new shoes, always wanted some high patent stilletos and maybe this is a opportunity, but if not, I have shoes already.

total at the mo -- £154.49

Going holiday shopping today - budget £30 plus an exchange. Because although I have main bits swimming costume;dresses;daytops; etc. There are a couple of bits I could do with. Why is it always u say ur going to go on a lowcost no-friverlous holiday theres always SOMETHING u need!

I know its a very low budget, but when you've got low budget in mind, you manage it, when you have in mind no limit, u always overspend - well i do.. and feel guilty!

Hi everyone. I have succumbed. I bought a travel wallet ready for my holiday so I have now spent
    £34/£250.

Let's hope the M&S sale is no good next week!

Ermmm...sorry for asking but how do you wear one of them? Surely that doesn't come under clothes so you don't have to declare it?

(Am trying to save you a bit more of your budget:))

I went into town with DD1 on Friday and I was really chuffed as I actually dressed up to go shopping instead of my usual jeans & top look.

Wore the dress I bought at Christmas with pair of chunky tights, flat dolly shoes(no heels as I said, shopping, lots of time on my feet) and my grey pinstripe grungy blazer (with a handmade felt seagull brooch bought by DD1 -its so cute and I get lots of questions about it).

DD2 actually mentioned I looked really nice and where had I been -replied "just shopping" - she was gobsmacked that I had made an effort just to go shopping - but then I pointed out she does it all the time being a teenager and all that so why shouldn't I?:)
Mind you my hair still looks a flaming mess:(

Managed not to buy anything for myself but bought DD1 a pair of shoes and a really gorgeous cerise satin jumpsuit form Topshop reduced from £48 to a £5 for her birthday so she was happy and it means I don't have to think about/buying the wrong thing.

determined new ms - aww we'll miss you - pop in now and again to say hello won't you? Well done for giving up smoking though and for now not being debt - that's brilliant news - am sure the weight loss will come in the end ,you're a determined lady and you can do it!:T

Hey girlies, apologise if my spelling is well off, im using my mobile, as to get my laptop requires more energy than ive got right now lol. Well, i went shopping. Everybody waiting with held breath???? Well i was quite good. Got most of what i needed. Exchanged dress in newlook for some jeans (check) sandals (check) vest top (check ) had to contribute a huge 2.99 lol. Went to marks and sparks with my ten off 50spend, oh got his mothers day pressie, so contributed 20... I brought some PJs, (check) leggings (check) tights (check) and some knickers (check) so had to contribute 25... So we're now on 170. Dont think theres anything else i need now.
