Sorry for the Granny bit, but it's only because you sound far too young to be a Gran
Oh Pink I wish!! I try to say I was a child bride, but it aint true!!!! ( I was quite young though!)

Hi All,
I have a bit of a problem and wondered if anyone can help, it involves a new puppy who sometimes has accidents on the carpet, the mess is obviously cleaned up as soon as we spot it, however it leaves a lingering smell, does anyone have any ideas how this can be removed, i can't use air freshener as my mum has asthma, and the smell is driving us all into the garden, thanks.0 -

Try a solution of 1 part vinegar, 5 parts water. Spray it on and that should help neutralize the smell.0 -

Morning all
This is the Daily Thread for 21.11.06. This is an “over the garden fence” type thread where we chat about everything OS and maybe a little bit more. It’s a great, inspiring and motivating thread we start each day to discuss what we’re going to do today or what we’ve achieved already. Everyone’s welcome, please do come in, put your feet up (although check the fence hasn’t just been painted first!) and join us for an OS natter. The more the merrier!
When you make a post, if you feel like giving it a title, that will help others that don’t have the time to read everything skim through the thread quickly but if not it's not a problem, we’re a laid back bunch here so you won’t hear any complaints.
Some people who chat here like to try to answer everyone. Don’t feel you have to though, a general “hi everyone, hope everyone’s well” type start does just as well.
Thought I'd get the thread up and running since I've been wide awake this past hour or so.
Congratulations to ChurchMouse on becoming a gran.
Happy Birthday to Chipps, have a lovely day.
AussieLass....gosh I can't believe how long it took for your Tightwad Gazette book to arrived. But now that it has finally made its way into your hands I hope you enjoy it. I found it almost compulsive reading though there is a lot of it I don't think I'd ever do. Other bits and pieces...well I suppose I would do them if I wasn't so lazy...other bits I do already. It's a good book to dip into though if you're looking for a bit of inspiration.
It's just another w*** day for me today....but a long one, don't finish until 7.00 pm. I'll try and get a wee bit of housew*** done tonight.
Hope everyone is well and happy.

Well :grouphug: to all and wishing that your day today is filled with good things.

Boy In am tired. I finished work at 11.30 and I have to go back in at 8. (It's just the kind of job I do).
Anyway I thought I would have a quick look on here to see if I had any updates on my posts to find a cheaper washing machine.
There is not a lot else to say. I will go to work on a rather interesting job today and that will be that . I might buy a sandwich.
