You can only call them stolen if you know for certain that someone has taken them. thats what stealing is. So far you cant say that so you need to say lost.
No thanks, I'll call them 'stolen' based on my previous experience with RM.
Dont know what you think will happen if/when it gets privatised - they will still have many of the same staff working there..
Sure, but it will p*** them off - and that is a bonus......
  • I’d just like to say that our postman was great during the atrocious weather conditions. He trudged through deep snow to deliver our post. On several days he had to leave the van on the main road and carry sack loads of it around our estate as the roads weren’t drivable.

Although I like the postman at my partners, I wouldn't trust Royal Mail with delivering a Dominos pizza leaflet, They lost 2 uni applications I send Special Delivery, (then turning round saying they dont cover documents send SD). So I now only send using Couriers, I sent my partner a little letter and send it UPS next day and guess what it never went missing.

As a test I sent myself a card, first class with proof of posting and I'm still waiting for it (Posted in November)

So I agree, Theres some sticky fingers in Royal Mail, Customer services don't care, Ahh Well Privatisation should do the Royal Mail some good

Ok again, how will this do some good. Its great for people to keep saying this but just how will it make them any better?

Slim down the amount of managers, Remove sticky fingers, and actually give us a postal service to be proud of?

Also before you say "You'll pay more for your postage" I never send Royal mail now only UPS or FedEX (even birthday cards) I choose to pay more as I want my mail to get there

Reckon it'll be a job requirement of the Royal Mail to bring own pilfering tools and/or have a criminal record for theft?
