No. For years they had it easy, sitting around on their backsides for the better part of the day.
What does surprise me is in all those 'cuts', they still managed to keep the thieves on the payroll.

You can only call them stolen if you know for certain that someone has taken them. thats what stealing is. So far you cant say that so you need to say lost.
