Unless you're desperate for the money I think the maximum of 10 items each time is enough - with the listing and then the packaging up it each time otherwise it looses any fun. I'm trying to do about 5 each week, I keep thinking I should do more but I know I'll get stressed like I did before Christmas and I don't want to get stressed doing this.

  • I like that quote in your signature, YorkieLass. I must keep remind myself of it...

I have 16x items on ebay at the moment. Sold another for 99p last night so need to post that today. I'm getting to the point where I need a free listing day, as I don't have much left that I'm willing to let go of for 99p. I reckon they're making us all wait so that we end up just paying the insertion fees for our higher priced items.

It's by William Morris, someone posted it on the decluttering thread last year and it is something I always remember but looking at new things to buy and trying to decide whether to get rid of something.

I had a childs dress up doggy costume that I bought off ebay for my sons school assembly. It hadn't been used since so decided to put it on ebay. Thought i'd be a bit cheeky and did a £14.99 buy it now with best offer. No takers and the item ended so re-listed on a £9.99 auction and it ended at £16.99 lol

    hi everyone

i got this email today.... anyone else got anythign like it?

    Hi,

I'm looking for people with e-bay seller accounts to list and sell my
items. Your feedback would be preferred to be 100% positive, linked to a
    verified Pay Pal account.
All my products are genuine, not illegal fake or counterfeit!! Sale and
    warranty receipts are included .
All listing fees and final value fees will be paid by me. It.s free of
charge; you will not have to pay anything to start.
Funds will be transferred by the most convenience way for both of us (we
can discuss about payment to find the best way) or your commission (20% of
sales) would stay in your Pay Pal account, plus e-bay and other processors
fees. For your safety and good customer service, my share from sales will
be sent to me after the item is received by the buyer and his response is
positive along with a positive feedback left for you.

I will provide you with listing details , pictures and everything needed
and this is what you will have to do :
    - list my items
    - answer buyers questions with the support of the resources provided or
    with my direct help
    - send me items numbers and relative buyer's address details
    - fill an overall project table with your sales data (number of bids and
bidders, views count, number of watchers, final price with subtracted
e-bay and pay pal fees and your commision, etc.)

Please feel free to email me back to vromeop@gmail.com for more details
(Please include your e-bay ID and location in the message)

    Thank you

Well done everyone who has managed at least 1 sale :D

I have yet another confession to make - I haven't listed a thing this month  but I have done my 16 hours for this week on other jobs so tomorrow and Thursday is eBay time for me.

Looked at bank account today and was in shock at the lack of funds so time to do something about it.

Will pop in tomorrow to see how you all are doing.

mrscmr hope things are going smoothly.
