I've relisted all my unsold items - 30 odd for 3 days.
Then whatever doesn't sell I will relist again for 10days before the end of the free listing week.
One bid so far! Lets hope there are a few more :j0 -
I decided to list all my unsold items for 1 day and do the same every day. After first day I sold one item so hopefully I will manage to sell some more.
On the last day of free listing anything still unsold I will list for 7 days.
Am also trying to list at least 5 new items each day as well as the relists.Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you0 -

well how did everyone get on?
i have 50 active listings on ebay (all 10 day listings), plus i have listed several items on those local facebook buy & sell pages - managed to sell my mums old fire surround for £50 - well its pending delivery in 2 weeks so fingers crossed
I tired the shorter listing period, and managed to sell 4 items so very happy with that  Thanks to whoever suggested it in the first place :-)
I have one bid of £15 on one item, and a few watchers starting to appear on other items.
I for one thought the sales were pretty rubbish on the high street so hopefully buyers will flock to ebay
Oh and Happy New Year everyone :j:beer::T:rotfl::p0 -
How's everyone doing?
I have 15 items listed for 10 days, they end in the middle of next week.
I have another 50 items to list - I might actually bite the bullet and pay to list. Nearly all the items are children's clothes in excellent condition - many of them US designer - which were given to me by other people, so any money earned is a profit.
I might package them up in bundles, which I've not really done before.
I might also try using Collect plus - the local drop off point (a Spar shop) is open til 9pm which means not needing to plan auction end dates around my working hours.
We'll see

On Facebook, there are buy & sell pages set up for my local area. Not sure who set them up but I basically uploaded a photo of my dyson with a caption to include some info & the price.
The people then sent me a private message & arranged to collect the items.
Works just like gumtree I suppose!0
