  • did quite well in the end on this flw :) bids came in at last minute. Just waiting for a couple of payments now. Added about 5 items, but mainly relisted as had a very hectic weekend. Hoping we have another FLW in next couple of weeks so I can make way in my house for the inevitable new stuff at Christmas!

Yay to free listing! Thanks Sophiasmum!!!

Creditcrunch - what a nightmare customer. I totally understand how it would sour you to listing on ebay, but I guess we just have to accept that there are a lot of not very nice and unhappy people out there who like to pass that bad attitude around and do our best not to get too upset by it. Hope your other customers have been fab!!

Good luck to everyone this weekend! Here's to all of making our year-end goals!!!:T:T:T I'm being cheeky and putting mine on 1day sales today (already have 1 bid) and then tomorrow will set them again for 7days ;) as I won't get more than 40listings done for a FLW total of 80 (40x2). I figure that there are a lot of people looking for Christmas gifts who don't want to worry about not getting them in time and so the earlier bought the better.

It's an excellent idea, and coincidentally one that also occurred to me on Friday night.

I've 24 relisted items, 20 end tonight, and two of them already have bids on :)

    Happy ebaying everyone :)

  • Sophiasmum - glad you liked the suggestion. I think I may start doing that from now on for the FLW :) as so far it's been great. I know for myself I tend to bypass the ads that have listing days farther out than a day or two because there are normally other options. And like many people I'm guessing when I want something I want it NOW ;).

Congrats Listerbelle on your sales so far. Isn't it nice to do the 2x listing?! :D

I too have been getting more - I've got 4 that will have sold....inching slowly towards my £2000 goal for this year - fingers crossed.

  • i havent gotten any further with my negative feedback.
I asked her to revise it & contacted ebay to see if there was anything more they could do.
They suggested I ring her - there was no way I was going to do that!
The fb revision request has now expired so I will give it one las go by contacting ebay! Fingers crossed. I have 29 items active - a few of those are relists I done yesterday & I listed a few last weekend as 99p items.
4 SOLD so far so heres hoping I get a few more!
    Good luck everyone

    I sold three items :)

  • I've finished with 49 active listing. Like I said before a few of those are 99p listings which will end in 2-3 days.
    No bids so far!
Sold 4 items totalling around £40 so not too bad.
Changed my mind again about the dyson! It's going! If I don't sell it il dump it/give it away!
Got Beleek items as a wedding present which I returned to the shop.() So I have £60 towards a new Hoover. Might wait until the Jan sales though.
Any Hoover recommendations? I don't think il bother with an upright one anymore!
  • Slipper75 - sold a dress that I put on a 1 day listing after your suggestion :) so Im £10 better off!
Added another x 12 items yesterday evening, some a few are bulky collection only items that I want gone by Christmas.
