Posted the 10 items I sold last week, net profit £30.90. I was really pleased with the amount I got for a couple of them and most went for more than 99p so I'm happy. All baby clothes.0

I've run-out of stuff to Ebay. All I have left are a load of books and CD's, these sell better on Amazon and Play.
At the same time, I am quite enjoying this free listing thingie... not sure what I'll do with my weekend if/when I ever run out of stuff to list :eek:0 -
Congrats to everyone who is doing so well. I managed to list 20 items yesterday - phew - it really does take some time researching what to put them at etc....I'm not too keen to list at 99p as it does seem a hassle to package and post for so little. Kudos to those that do though! I've only got one watcher so far but at least it's up there and as someone else said, all I have to do is 'relist' if it doesn't work. Unfortunately, i wasn't paying attention and chose 7 day listings so mine all end on Friday instead of Saturday or Sunday as I had planned. Oh well, live and learn.
Good luck to all of you!

Slipper.
Years ago when my ex used to list stuff on ebay, he would select it to run for only a few days and then extend it when they were nearly run out until he had used up all his days. He did it so it kept his listings close to the front so to speak.
I'm not sure if this has changed but maybe you could still change the listings to run until the sunday?

I'm afraid ebay have changed that now and you can only shorten the length of your auctions once you've listed them. The debtWILLbegone - taking it 1% at a time

Good start for me!
Someone emailed me asking if I'd accept £20 for an item if they collect today (it's listed at £20 starting bid + p&p. I've listed it a couple of times before and its never sold). I think I will accept their offer as it's something which is taking up a lot of space. I just always worry about people coming to my house! Stupid really.0 -
Just when I thought I had the remainder of my magazine collection listed on eBay...I've found another bag full of them! I think they might do okay, there's a couple with Beyonce on, Lindsay Lohan etc etc but I'm not putting them up this week as I like to give them one last flick through (some of the smaller articles actually sell the magazine better than the front cover) and I'd only be listing them at 99p anyway which is a bit of a waste of a Free Listings Day!Thank you competition posters!

Hello everyone, I'm new on here!
Well I'm proud to say that I've listed my first 9 items of the year! I've been meaning to get rid of these particular things for such a long time (took the photos of them LAST APRIL!) but have finally done it, motivated by the free listings weeked, whoop!
I've not had time to read through the whole thread yet but hope to catch up soon, in between finding other bits of clutter to flog of course !:T
Hope everyone has made the most of the free listings and good luck with everything you're selling.
Bear xx
