In
Walking boots (bought with remainder of birthday money)
Four bras (I returned a bra to M&S as it didn't fit right and then found four beeyootiful ones that I had to have!)
Aluminium bottle (to replace the plastic bottles I keep buying as I like to carry a drink when I'm out and about - hopefully better for me and the environment!)
Two trough planters - one currently contains tomato plants, may put salad leaves in the other one.
OH has been on a clothes shopping trip and has bought two pairs of shorts, three tshirts, a long sleeved fleece top, pants and a baseball cap.
Three magazines borrowed from Mum.
Hard drive and some other strange computer widget that OH ordered.
Pending In
Four tops (bought with money in Paypal balance)
Two DVD's (bought with survey vouchers)
Out
One bra returned
15 Ebay items posted this week (still waiting on payment for 8 items)
Ratio of in to out is not good for this week! I have a few items to list on Ebay tomorrow, and will see what else I have that can go to charity or to someone else!0 -
Have sewn up 3 more of my quilt blocks so continue to reduce the pile of fabric scraps which were getting to me. I've a fair way to go to finish the quilt top but it's getting there and boy, will I be glad when it's finished
.
Caught up with all washing today just need to make sure it all gets put away tomorrow. Littlies back at school tomorrow so will declutter their pe bags with them on their way. Had to go out and buy tile grout because I have clearly used up the other one as it's not to be found. I have half used this one and when the tiles are fully grouted (tomorrow), it will go to the charity shop along with the tiles and the adhesive and the other tub of adhesive that DH brought down thinking it was grout(it would have saved me about £15 if I could find that when I needed it previously).
When the little guys return to school on Monday, I shall start painting the utility room. I will climb over everything in the shed too to get to the blasted mitre saw so that I can cut the window frame as DH refuses point blank to get it out for me. Toad. I did dream of a way to do it without the mitre saw which involves a felt tip pen and DS's protractor but that depends on the weather later on today. I shall see. Mind you, I still need to find an adhesive gun to squirt the stuff on with. It will be in DH's pit- I mean shed.
Right, tired now as up way too late sewing, so off to bed for a few hours. Toad.
That made me laugh, and he deserves being called a toad if he won't help you out a bit!
I need to be banned from buying stuff online now, have just ordered a bracelet - thus further reducing my Paypal balance which is supposed to go into my new glasses fund. Sigh.
As soon as the outstanding payments come through for Ebay sales, I am transferring the whole balance to my stylish new specs saving account. I then will be unable to buy anything else using Paypal as it hurts more when money actually leaves my bank account!
Hopefully the weather will improve soon, then I will be outside preparing for the chicken house to be built and gardening, rather than inside, bored and buying stuff!
Edited to add: Listed fourteen items on Ebay. Going to watch a recorded film now, so I can declutter that from the PVR afterwards! I will spend at least 30 mins tomorrow trying to fill a charity bag.0 -
I have a total of 11 blocks made up for my quilt now
. Also managed to declutter the 2 tubs of tile adhesive to BiL as they will be doing their bathroom in the near future. I did some more grouting earlier this morning but was disappointed to see that it'll need (yet) another going over tomorrow as it's shrunk back again.
I have a massive to do list tomorrow so may not get back on to list any achievements but will try to get the tiles to the charity shop.Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -

Eltee, I like to cull clothes as I sort out the clean laundry. That way it is ready to go wherever it is going to.
I made up another batch of laundry gloop on Friday morning which decluttered a tub of grated soap from the kitchen cupboard. As soon as I have finished typing, I will go and declutter the tiles into the car ready for the charity shop.
I have done the only full load of laundry I had but expect when we all get undressed tonight, there will be another lights load for me to do. Probably towels too after our baths as I have lots of cleaning to do (and done) today so need to wash those cloths.
I will be sewing up my last 2 blocks at some point today which will mean I can put away the sewing machine for the time being until I'm ready to sew together all of the setting blocks. I've not cut them yet though so that's a job for tomorrow or later!
Anyhoo, break time is over so best get back to work.
I have emptied the bathroom bin and cleaned it thoroughly though- go me. I even washed the blind (to a certain extent- it needs to come down to be done properly I think).

Did a carboot yesterday to clear out the house to make way for baby. Usually what I dont sell that day gets flung up in the loft until next time. But this morning I dropped it all off at the local charity shop. - All done, no more rubbish in the house. (and made £90 at the carboot yesterday).
I feel super great and my house has a little bit more space than it did!!Happy days

Haven't managed to post for a few days due to DD2 coming back from her Dad's with tonsilitis (she was v v hot when I got her out of the car with swollen glands but apparently ok, not what the doc said the next morning! So we have more Calpol in and a delightful pink 'manky medicine' in the fridge) and VirginMedia apparently had problems so I could only get on to a handful of site, MSE not being one of those
I defrosted the freezer, and oh boy did it need doing! Now nice and full again after a big re-stock shop (we had cereal and a few tins/jars in the cupboards but that was it!) Didn't spend as much as I thought even though I got toilet paper and dishwasher tablets etc, and I got more own brnd stuff than usual.
Shreaded/recycled some more paperwork from my files too as I was putting some new bits away. The girls and I went through their wardrobe & drawers and we have a large pile to put away for DD2 and a pile for the charity shop. I have 14 things on ebay, mostly relisted stuff but hopefully some of it will go. Will try to have a 15 minute blast now before getting the DDs and sort out the kitchen side.
