Not much done, but I posted 4 small ebay parcels yesterday, and this morning I put all DS's jewellery, which he had chucked in a drawer, into an old ice cream tub ready to take to him next time we visit.

Also I've made a new rule for myself, to never go up or downstairs without checking if anything needs to go where I'm going, so this morning I took a pile of clean washing and my m.o.t. certificate upstairs and put them away when I needed to go to the bathroom, and then brought my coffee cup down with me, every little helps, lol!

I changed my living room around, so everything is up off the floor, the floor has been scrubbed with an Eco friendly floor cleaner with teatree added by me, (mice don't like tea tree, so will help to scare them off) now its time to bag it n bin it all. Well that's to anything that doesn't get moved upstairs.
Kitchen is a bit better. Got to do dishes that I've left steeping, for 3 days now I think!.
Bathroom is looking a lot better. Toilet n sink got scrubbed. 2 Tesco bags of junk got binned. Just got to scrub the shower out, fix the shower toys, scrub the floor and charity bag the potions n lotions I won't ever use.

My aim by end of today, is to have a living room I can sit in and a kitchen where I'm not fighting for floor space!

I'll let u know how I get on tonight.

Hi, I did the 250 things in 10 days challenge a few months ago so thought I'd pop back again as I've still got so much to get rid of :(. I just thought it'd help to list what's going in/out rather than the 250 again so:

    PENDING:
3 pairs of outgrown PJs, 10 pairs of pants, 3 long sleeve tops for my nephew (Mum & Dad collecting next week)

    OUT:
Toy that's never used, worn out hair band of DD's and random bits of gibble from her room

    IN:
    Nothing

OK, put 13 books and 4 DVDs on Netmums at a really cheap price; those which are left (which I'm sure there'll be plenty of :() will go to charity shop on Wednesday when I drop off some clothes.

    PENDING:
4 books for Charity shop (not good enough to sell).
    Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting
  • What is Netmums? I cleared out a bin bag full of stuff last night and gave DD a target of three tesco carriers a week until i get round to her room! I shall look for netmums and see whats what. The husband is a hoarder too, hes proving to be a bit of a sticky wicket. Grr,

Found nothing worth selling, just a loty of rubbish and a pile of disorganisation. :-S

Recently I have been putting paperwork to be filed, in the cupboard on top of the wardrobe, (where I keep all the ring binders for filing it in) and it had become quite messy in there, so this morning before breakfast I got it all filed away in the ring binders, and while filing it I took some paperwork out of the binders that was out of date (old insurance documents etc) and had a pile of stuff for shredding/recycling. I've not done the shredding yet but will try to do it tomorrow.

While I was doing that, OH took all our papers, cans, glass and plastic to the recycling centre. I've sold 2 items on ebay, have bids on 5 more and have watchers on a few items, so hopefully I will get rid of a bit more later in the week.

More ins than outs today as I went shopping, but it has all been put away.
