Damon, will you reply to my TP post please. While doing that you can tell me when my money will be refunded. It's 5 full weeks now since you said I'd have it within 10 working days.

Looks so, just had another email from TrustPilot..

I have noted your order numbers, but want I further need, is the actual order confirmation you received from the company, as we are about to take legal action against this company.

Could you please forward the order confirmation, or take a screenshot of it and send to me?

I've had my review removed, it was the same as I wrote here for my 1st post. Looking again, seems mine is not the only one that's been removed.

I've used this company in the past a few times, overall everything was ok although slow at times. But I too ordered at christmas time. 20th December to be exact, again products were showing as being in stock on their web site but were always out of stock on my account. I wasn't expecting quick delivery because of the time of year but as per the other replies mine kept creeping back.

So it got the the 13th of January and again it was put back to the 20th for delivery ( 1 month ) so I contacted them to cancel the order. this was replied to promptly and was told I'd have my money in 10 working days. I'm now on working day 23 and I'm still waiting !

I contacted my bank on Friday ( 20th working day ) about this, so hopefully I should have my £86 back sooner rather than later.

I edited it today to say that I had now been waiting 5 weeks and have had no replies what so ever through their online system.

Its been good watching the Rating distribution pie chart at the top of the page slowley get filled up with red.

I bet Damon cant keep up with writing the fake reviews to claw back the green and deleted posts on his forum at the sametime.

As I said before, what goes around comes around!
