Evening Peeps.
Hope everyone that is feeling poorly get well soon.
Back to work today and boy i just couldn't be bothered going in. I really enjoyed this xmas with the kids and when the eldest started the dont go to work daddy speech. I could have quite easily have stayed at home.
I signed up for the Grocery challenge and i also found a bit of a bargain in Aldi today. They are doing there cheese selection for £1.99 rather than the £3.99 that its marked at. Thats us sorted out for New Year.
I am still thinking through my resolutions for the New Year but loosing weight looks like its going to be the top one.
Think an early night is on the cards as i feel bushed after today.

Evening everyone
Not managed to post since Christmas eve. Had a lovely Christmas. Due to travel back south tomorrow, going by train as dh went back home Monday due to weather forecast, which never materialized on Tuesday. So I stayed on a couple of extra days as dh was going back to work.
Not much os as been staying with my parents, apart from saving money on meals etc. Took ds2 to see some of his old friends, which he enjoyed. Got some lovely pressies including 2 radley handbags, 1 a day bag and a smaller evening bag, they are lovely.
Not been feeling a1 today, had a bit of a headache and can't stop dropping asleep. Have started taking champix as I want to stop smoking in the new year, so don't know if it's side effects, but really want to succeed this time.
Hope anyone feeling unwell, feels better soon.
BB - hope your day got better
mmm - well done on your new job.
Enjoy the rest of your evening. Hugs to anyone that needs/wants one. Take care

Maybe buy the hairy bikers news book yourself ithe sale?
My wife got it herself and then gave it to my mom to give back to her for Christmas. Maybe you could try doing that next year?
We saw the HB in one of the local theatres, and bought the book on the strength of the show - they cooked tuscan beef and a prawn curry with parathas on stage! The programme was more like a recipe book too, with loads of recipes in - much better than the Quo ones DH gets every year!0
