i placed 2 orders one last night and one this morning,the one from last night is showing as (order sent) on the order tracking page,does this mean dispatched? as i havn`t had a email yet:o this mornings is still showing as Being Processed, can anyone shed any light?:D

I believe so, now mine has been dispatched it shows as 'order sent'.

Their website is not very easy to navigate! Took me ages to find the 'logout' button

You sound like me - had 5 cats who are my luxuries (just 2 now as other 3 have passed on after a good innings) and they are expensive but worth it

must mean its been sent then,i have used the company before in the past and couldn`t remember what the order status said when dispatched will just have to wait and see what happenes with the other one,looks like we will all be gettig our orders anyway hats off to them for honouring:beer:

haven't yet had dispatch email, but logged in on zooplus to check and it looks like its been despatched...

it's ticked next to delivery service, and they've added some extra cat food as a 'welcome pack'- SCORE!! thanks so much OP!!
