I added items to basket and then ordered with no registration, code accepted straight away. I put it in the basket stage and then checked out.

EDIT: Just realised I have been charged full price and the voucher did not come off E-mailng Customer Services but doubt they will apply the voucher retrospectively. Vey dissapointed it didn't work and I didn't notice, yes still need the litter but the other deal is better now Too expensive to return so good job I need it.

Still working Just worked for me and then again for my OH's order too. We didnt even clear cookies, or change paypal address, just changed email addy and used mum's address, and the code worked straight off each time The paypal amount was the same too, with nothing extra added on thankfully.

Lots of lovely treaties for our new pup. She'll be delighted with them! So thanks so much OP

I almost did the same thing. Luckily I reaslied, cleared my cookies, registered and entered the code. At least you will still use it. Just not such a bargain.

Could you explain please? How I, who successfully applied the voucher but was then charged full price, will cause them to stop honouring orders, but the people who have been using multiple emails and addresses for multiple vouchers, won't?
