i have shopped with zooplus for years and found them excellent. My family made a few orders with the code back when it first came out and the orders came within a few days. Beautiful items, nice welcome code but we did not abuse it and as such i did not post it on here. I hope the people who used it did not abuse it and have found this website and will shop from it again.

My rats love their new sputnic and treats and my sisters guinea pig was snuggled in a new bed on christmas day.

    i hope the 54 orders was a troll..if not...shame on you :p

    don't think they are:

well i think that is just greedy. The code was for new customers...not new email addresses. True my family used it- my boyfriend, his mum, my sister, mum and grandma but all have a pet of their own and were delighted to have found some lovely items and most under £2/£3.

The customer service from zooplus is always brilliant...on one of my orders last year something was broken in transit despite being packaged in a huge box and lots of bubblewrap...they sent me a replacement AND loads of treats for my pets as a sorry and sent it next day courier...who was also polite.

It saddens me that excellent companies like this become abused...it is quickly becoming hard to find cheap decent pet supplies online and i just hope this code hasn't had too much impact on them.

ps.they are absorbing the vat until the end of jan as well :)

ps.i have just ordered with a new company getting good reveiws from my friends- surrey pet supplies...LOADS of trixie wooden toys cheap on there, like, stupidly cheap!
Need a new start..wheres good to live in the UK?!

    I've been Money Tipped!
Got my 2 orders today (1 for hubby and 1 for myself) and my MIL also got her delivery today.

So thanks again OP for sharing this offer with us MSE members, a top class member. :money:

Thanks you from the garden birds, my hubby, my MIL and myself - much appreciated, probably most from the birds. :rotfl:

My second order came today - some dry and wet cat food for £2.53 that I will be giving to my elderly neighbour who lives alone with her cat. I'm sure they will both really appreciate it, thanks zooplus :)

Thanks so much OP. This site is brilliant and I will definitely use it again, as well as recommend it.

As for the person who *supposedly* made 54 orders - it's a real shame that you feel the need to exploit an offer so many times. It also worries me how you can afford to care for your pets if you desperately need to make so many orders?

If only I'd put in a few more orders I would have had enough food to feed the troll. Unfortunately they'll have to go hungry :p
