Nice to know my order (comprising of bird food) has a 2 year warranty.
There's also a bit saying that cancellations need to be made in writing to an address in Munich. Or alternatively, via an online 'contact formula' (their words not mine)

Augh, I've screwed it up! Put the code in and worked fine. Wanting to save some time I didn't bother registering and tried to pay with PayPal, only to find it back at full price. I tried to order again properly but now it keeps telling me 'code valid for new customers only'0

Thanks, unfortunately it still didn't work. I can't apply the discount until I've registered a new account, and of course by the time I've done that it won't let me use it for the same reason.
Ah well, was only buying cat food and said cat needs to go on a diet anyway...0 -

i did this the 1st time and since then have placed 2 orders, so you can get round it, i cleared cookies and restarted internet explorer and worked twice:D once in my hubys name and once in mine, just used diff email addys and i checked out using the same paypal addy on the two orders,hope this helps0 -
