Mind you i think up north where u lot live it does get a bit darker earlier if im not mistaken. And i think scotland just dark allday feom what i have been told.
We are quite lucky here it still not dark til 7.45 and we have had a bit wind but not like what you have been getting up there:(
I think my treat would have to be chocolate in stead of wine more my vice. I will make some cupcakes fore everyone. Going to make a hedgehod choc cake for one of my staff its her 21st this month instead of buying one. Aint i being good lol
Im sat here at work (oviously not very busy!) wondering what to buy for christmas pressies!!! hehe.
Going to get some done early this year have got a few hundred i saved ealier in the year but would be nice to have that to pay some bills off in one lump sum!

Yeah its darker in winter and in the summer though its light until about 11pm at the height! Hate the dark nights though, its now til December and then after christmas as its getting better it isnt so bad..

nah he is still alive. I quite like him really .
What a day . I had to go to a meeting which was about 1.5 hrs away. That was fine but at lunchtime they said we would have a short break and refreshments were provided. There was nice hiome baking and tea/ coffee. I kind of assumed that we would get lunch later but when it got to 1.30pm I said to the lassie I was with ' are they taking the p*ss here' as I was starving and they had decided just to work through lunch. By the time I got home at 8pm I was ready to inhale the fridge !! I put on 5lbs this week too :eek:. Never mind it could have been a lot worse.

Got £50 maintenance today. Neede to top up my current account and paid £30 to 100 day challenge . Feels good to have made another wee payment. Am shattered now and will be in bath then bed very soon I reckon xx

i think the 5llb weight gain is the fact you must have actually ate the fidge to. Not just the contents!! I put on 3 pound to this week which was a bit of a sod as i had only lost 2 after putting 3 back on that i had lost originally!!!! I blame the weather. and im sticking ot it.

Lol you lot are mad. Ladies, forget the WEIGHT at this time of year.

Its harder to lose weight as - women are meant to survive cold winters to rear young, so lay down fat reserves when the weather gets cooler. Keep eating healthily and exercising and you will lose some body fat, and get trimmer, but you are pre programmed to keep weight on.

Its just how it is. This is why weight drops off in the spring. Its why we have a size 14 winter wardrobe and a size 12 summer wardrobe.

Well done for not committing murder, its something which could really impact debtbusting!

Mine never drops off if it does it starts on the boobs and falls to me bum Rofl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I dont eat healthy really need to start soon. Need to get back on track and get some menus done and make sure all my credit accounts are closed and not just cut up.
