  • DS is fine. He's had a couple of bad dreams but he will be okay. School were great , police have failed to attend to interview ds 3 times now so I am not very pleased about that but I'm sure they are busy dealing with all the upstanding neds, smackheads, etc that obviously keep this country in the style it wants to be kept in. Oops no silly me that would be all the taxpayers like me who are not a drain on the country . I dont really mean that to be honest as lots of people have no choice, I'm just annoyed.

No moneysaving done recently. That would be because I have no money :rotfl:. But hey ho what's new. I still need to put £14 into my bill account to cover me until the end of the month. I still have £38.18 left on my ASDA card and tbh I really dont need anything other than bread and milk this week after the monster shop I did last week. I've spent £70 on petrol so far this month . I have £30 from cleaning job tomorrow so I will try and keep that for lunches for next week and use any maintenance I get ( if I get any as he is away to Florida for 3 weeks) to pay my 100 day challenge.I dont mind the 3 weeks in Florida, honestly, really, truly I don't she says through clenched teeth :rotfl:. Anyways onwards and upwards and SBO I wish very much that debt free by Christmas was even a possibility. Ok I'm away to stare at my snowball for a we while :D

It will happen - I remember being really impatient for my figures to go down....and did a fair bit of snowball-staring too, in the hope that the numbers would change in some sort of Harry Potter-esque type magic!

But sooner or later, you will be in the teens......and on the home stretch!

  • Jelly you'll be debt free before me the way you are going. You are flying through the numbers just now and you go girl :D:T.

Hypno I rmemeber the days when you didn't even know how you were going to get through the month and pay everyone and look at you now :T.

I wasn't staring at my snowball today as I have had a very hectic day but I did take time to go and look at that housing developement. OMG I am in love. There is a huge house there that looks right over the river clyde and it has a turret and everything. Can't seem to find the price of that one ;). If I win big on the lottery I will be waiting on them opening on MOnday morning to snap it up. It is stunning. My whole house would fit in its garage :rotfl:. Now I know that a house like that will never ever be within my price range but I am all motivated again and so desperate to get rid of this debt so I can at least get my own house into a really nice condition. I bought myself 2 new pillows for my bed today , so that's a start :rotfl:.

I called the police today and told them I was wanting to drop the investigation as I wasn't prepared to wait in on them again. I have waited in 4 times and as you know my life is crazy manic so this is just not on for me. Just got in the door tonight and a lovely policeman arrived and apologised. He has made an appointment with myself and my son tomorrow and a female officer will be out to speak to us. I told him about my sons nightmares and he said that this woman is fab with kids and will put his mind completely at rest. He didnt have any nightmares last night but he did go back downstairs to check the doors and windows were locked. Bless. The officer and I then had a moan about the changing conditions in the civil service and how much the pensions etc were going up ( his much more than mine I must say) an dhe was apologising profusely for their non attendance. I didnt make any fuss or complain during my call etc so I was quite impressed that they took time out to come and see me. We'll see what happens tomorrow.

Spends wise I spent £18.90 in Morrisons, £15.50 on McDonalds and sweets :o and £6 on pillows. Load of junk but I needed to do this. My kids deserve a treat every now and again. Straight back onto the straight and narrow again now. Food wise I have also been a nightmare but am working towards getting back on board come Monday. If I still cant attend any exercise classes due to my injury then I will start walking again. Rain is pouring down here mind you so I may go to gym and go on treadmill :D. Happy Saturday night all xx
