So long ad the debt is going down and not up then thats all good in my book.
    MARCH 2016 DEBT £25750/ £25035
EST DFD JAN 2021 (that needs to change)
NOW JAN 2019 (that still needs to change)
  • Yes you are right herewego so long as it's going in the right direction :D.

Only spent £1 today so that's great. Only 4more days of school lunches to pay and then 2 weeks off from that :j. That's £60 I will save. Going to pay £100 off of ARGOS as soon as I get paid and at the end of both of these weeks I will pay £30 and then I only have £140 to find.

I eventually spoke to CSA today and got huge apologies from them and thankfully an individual has now taken control of my case. They have now discovered that ex sent in wrong accounts but they have given him a short time limit to comply or they will be dealing with him in the toughest way possible ( whatever that means) :rotfl:. I'll not hold my breath on getting anything. Anyway I am feeling much more positive today and am ready to rock and roll. I have arranged a night out with my girls on Saturday night and I reckon it is just what the doctor ordered. Hope you are all well xx

Great to see Argos is coming to an end, im sure you will find the £140 to clear it. It gives you such motivation when the 1st debt is cleared to move on and clear the rest.
Fingers crossed CSA come up with some pennies x

  • I dont actually need to clear it until June Herwego but wanted to do it during the 100 day challenge which is up on 19th April. We'll see.

Spent £1.45 today on juice and a choc bar :o. My friend and I have decided that there is no other option for us but to join weight watchers. There is free membership just now so I am going to join on Monday. I have lost 2 stones all in but I am completely stuck at the minute. Only person to blame is me as I keep putting things in the big fat hole in my face :p. I have a night out with friends on Saturday so i will have a final fling and then get down to it come Monday. I hate to spend the money but I just dont have the willpower to go it alone.

2 days until payday :j. I have £12 but need 2 days of lunches for the kids which is £12 :rotfl:. Sandwiches for me for definite the next few days then.

Hope you are all well xx

    • Clothes £70.44
    • Social Life £19
    • Gifts £74.94
    • Misc £225.31 ( !!!!!! :eek::eek:)

The main thing is that you are identifying where you are going wrong, so you can make the necessary adjustments.

    You'll get there!!

  • Ok I have analysed to within an inch of its life :rotfl:and have decided that a thrashing with a birch twig can be foregone for a wee while.

Petrol is up by £6 on last month ( that's ok) Food up by £21 ( can put that down to being more and more expensive all the time) £126 for kids lunches ( no control ove this as it depends on how many days they are at school, Roll on April) Clothes up by the whole £70.44 ( all for me but I was desperate) Gifts up by £24.94 ( it was my mum's birthday) Social life was down by £28 :j( 1 out of 6 is better than nothing :rotfl:) My horrendous miscellaneous was up by £175 BUT I had MOT and bits and bobs for car which cost me £93 and also £50 for haircuts so not quite as bad as it initially appeared. Still bl**dy awful :o and I will definitely do better this month.

In looking closely though my target each month is to pay a minimum of £550 from my debts and I overpaid by £20.04 :D. Unfortunately put nearly £200 on my card :(. Onwards and upwards is the cry xx

  • Good evening all. Pay day today :j. £100 paid to ARGOS. :j. £200 to go .. Wouldn't it be good if I got a few weeks from CSA :rotfl:. Dream on lol.

Bought lunch and dinner today as a final blow-out prior to my mega belt tightening in April. DD has given me a list for her birthday. She can dream on as well lol.

Just going to do my damndest this month. Unfortunately not a great start today as ds left freezer open last night and it all defrosted . Thank god it's the end of the month and it was getting empty or I may have murdered him :rotfl:. Washing machine is sounding a bit sick too so am hoping thats not about to die on me. Oh well I can only do my best :D

So excited. Going to meet up with my best friends tomorrow night. All female and coming here tomorrow for chinese then supposedly off out to see a band. Won't be the first time mind you that we never get past the door as we are so busy chatting :D. So looking forward to it.

Spent £103 in ASDA tonight  BUT only £68 in groceries. Bought some things for DD's birthday and a couple of tops for my mum for mothers day and a lippy for me :D. There's nothing like a new lippy to cheer a girl up. 1 week to work and then a whole 9 days off :D:D:D
