That's because the claimant either doesn't write enough information (and expects the DM to understand that having x means they can't do y) or because they focus on what they can do.
Either way it is a fact that it relies on form filling - not my greatest attribute.
Besides which, as I have said before, DIAL, CAB & Age UK have all said to me after I asked for advice that despite the form filling there is no guarantee of success and the application will almost inevitably lead to a court hearing. Something that I will no longer consider. Been there once before and it was a nightmare!0 -

Not always true:
My first claim got turned down and I went to CAB. They filled in the GL24. 12 weeks later I was awarded LRM & LRC.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked
