yes i guess so but you could call lloyds for more details, just got my card and hoping to do the £10 purchase tomorrow.
remember you have to book one nights stay in a hotel booked via airmiles. You can buy them one nights there and the rest of the holiday stay in a much cheaper hotel.
Do you have to book a hotel in the destination you are flying to? I doubt you can save money by booking one elsewhere, but if you can find a dirt cheap hotel somewhere and a budget one at your chosen destination, it might work out cheaper?0 -

Yeah - 7 posts so far and all plugging the same not very well known cashback site
I think we've worked it out - it's your site and you're a spammer.

AVOID - sites that need spamming are usually not worth visiting.0 -

well all it states is that you book a hotel via airmiles. I do not know if its the same destination as you could get a hotel (say for your friend in Paris for one night) and use the points for 2 returns to Amsterdam and you get cheap accomodation there.
If not, then like I mentioned, pay one night in an expensive say £30 a night hotel via airmiles for one night and then go to a £15 one for the rest of your hols.Save saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives

Just wondering if anyone out there has taken advantage of these BMI Baby or Flybe free flights.
I'm seriously considering taking advantage of this offer but would appreciate some advice from anyone who's already tried it. Are there any catches? Are the taxes really high? Can you choose the dates and destinations that you travel?
Thanks for any info0 -
I've just read the Terms & Conditions of that offer:
Airmiles offer summary (at the bottom: 1500 miles / free flights offer),
And that there are actually some important restrictions:
So no way to book a Eurostar tickets instead of flights.
So, to me, the 2 FREE return flights to Zone 1 is actually false advertising.
Any comments?
Yet another con, bit surprised that this site didnt check it out more thouroughly. Cant find anyway to notify moneysaving when offers dont come off.0 -
I didn't get the voucher for 1500 miles as I was already a customer with Lloyds TSB. Airmiles replied that this offer was for new customers. This is nowhere written of course, so to me this is also false advertising. I could make an official complaint as they suggested, but I think I won't bother.0

Hi, I also applied for the airmiles by taking out a new card. This was linked from this site to airmiles application from lloyds tsb.I spent on the card for the free airmiles but when I have asked about the 1500 free airmiles ,they said it had to be direct application from their site and not direct from tsb. In fact I have re checked this site and it was done through them, but still no free airmiles.

The MSE link took you to the airmiles website to apply for the card. Only counted if you applied from there. I know with some sites they put a cookie on your PC to record that you came from them - Quidco are an example. Could be a techie reason for not getting it if you're sure you applied from the airmiles site?"A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0 -
Definately went through the airmiles site, clicked on 'apply here' which took me straight to a tsb site. This was the only way I could apply and just followed their instructions.
Though just read off forum that they told one it was only for new customers, which I wasnt.
Still think big con, and would like to know how to notify 'moneysaving' when their advertised deals are misleading.
In this case, TSb have reversed the tables on this site and used it for some false advertising.
They only need a small % to apply to count as succesful promotion of their products.
Seems open to neglect if only have to state saving scheme, but then refuse or small print exclusions.Bit dissapointed in this site to be honest.0 -
I haVE a Llloyds TSB debit account, will this mean that I am not eligible for the freebie flight as Ive done the spend on the Amex and waiting for voucher???Save saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives
