  • I love Zoya - it comes in millions of colours, lasts ages, only needs one good coat, easy to put on and it is free of a lot of nasty chemicals that often come in cheap polishes.

Best ive used is Collection 2000- cant fault compared to Nails Inc which chipped in a day- very disappointed! MUA from Superdrug is also dirt cheap and good! OPI good for a more expensive brand. x

You can buy matte top coats now, which you can use to turn any polish matte. China Glaze matte magic is apparently the best but it's difficult to find in the UK. You can get it from the US via ebay though.

E.L.F. also does a matte top coat, which is pretty good for £1.50. Actually all their polishes are pretty good,
    and the new accessorize range.

My sister is a nail polish junkie and her nails always look immaculate. She has used OPI for years, but recently tried Leighton Denny from QVC and is now a great fan. He has some lovely colours and a good range of nail and hand care too. His sets would make a lovely gift (for me !)

Do you get the Seche Vite from QVC as well ? I like the sound of it and would like to try it.

I got a LD kit from QVC recently (well two actually :o) and have done a French nail look today, I'm really pleased with it. Not heard of Seche Vite though, what is it?

It's a quick-drying top coat. I ordered a bottle yesterday so I'll report back when I've tried it (can't wait, I'm easily pleased tee hee hee )
  • Seche is ace..but you need to thin it out probably once a month minimum, I usually order it online. You need to apply seche to wet polish - being sure to wrap the tips (swipe the ends of your nails with it) to avoid any shrinkage. It gives a gorgeous glossy finish

Nails inc Caviar topcoat works similarly.. (however tends to work better with their own polish)

    I am a bit biased being a nail blogger..lol

I love China glaze - under £3 off ebay
Usually swap for Sinful colours, Zoya, US drugstore stuff - wet n wild etc

OPI is pricey RRP... if you can find what you want on ebay..1/4 of the price.. does wear very well

I think most things will wear well with a good base/topcoat - Usually use Orly Bonder - is rubberised so it makes a tacky layer for the polish to adhere to. A bottle will last several years!

GOSH - With the regular superdrug voucher -25% off.. not so bad!
