Count me in!!! I have this DVD and her "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism" one.

I'm going to combine this with healthy eating and gym - need a major push as I get married in March, and really want to lose at least 1st 7lbs.

    xx

I need to do some serious weight losing in the new year. I've got my measurement appointment in early May so that's 4 months to shift weight...I need to lose at least a stone, preferebaly a stone and a half. Sammy - I know what you mean about being motivated by somebody else but I wouldnt have the time to fit in another 2 classes a week as I already do belly dance and pilates. I want to find a zumba class - went to one last year but it's changed times so I cant get to it now.
But I'm going to re-start and take it seriously this time. maybe we should have a thread where we post our current stats and what we need to be by when

That's a good idea a thread with our statistics on. I haven't really got a goal weight, my aim is to get back into my favourite jeans. I think photos would be good motivation as well for me. Amazon have it for five pounds not sure what delivery is as am on my phone at the moment due to power cut.

Can I join in too? I've just ordered the DVD off Amazon, hope it will arrive on time. I have to say the reviews sound scary, but just the sort of thing I need - to tone up my wobbly tummy and arms! :p
Having a thread where others are doing it too will do wonders and hopefully give me enough of a kick that I'll keep going on it.

Am trying to watch what I eat at the moment too with Weightwatcher's online - got the 3 month deal in November where Quidco gave me the money back! Very MSE - although fruit and veg is working out more expensive and less satisfying than pringles :'(

A thread with others doing iut will give me a kick as well, as I won't want to let anyone down.
  • Oooh, Can I join for motivation but instead going to use my EA sports and cycling to work. What measurements are you recording?

  • I'm going to do thighs, waist. Around belly button, below my belly button and my hips as these are the areas I want to see results in.
