One thing I love about a lot of Nintendo stuff is it always seems to fit together so easily and securely - some other manufacturers should *really* take note!
Still managing to keep up with the Sports Active 30 day challenge, got another round of it tonight. Haven't done any Wii Fit training for several days now, though, just the weigh ins. Might have to see if I can fit some in...Never underestimate the power of the techno-geek...0 -

I'm only doing it on the 'Easy' intensity, and so far it's proven a decent but attainable challenge. Then again, I'm starting from a point of moderate fitness I'm trying to improve, and I'm still dreading what it might try and make me do if I wen't for the 'Medium' or 'Hard' setting!
I only ever did the easy one tooit really did get me in a sweat!
Just done half hour on the Wii, burnt 151 calories apparently! I hardly broke a sweat really, so I'm quite happy as at least I might actually stick to it and get myself a bit fitter!
Quite happy so far!
How is everyone else doing? How long/often to you go on Wii Fit (or other game)9/70lbs to lose0 -

I'm doing the medium 1 on EA More Workouts, its not hard but its not easy either. I've just had 3 days rest in a row, going to and do todays 30minutes worth plus a 10min step class. I havent lost any weight but my trousers are looser which is fabLoved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0 -
I had 3 rest days on MW started again yesterday and it nearly killed me, I really struggled don't know if it's because of the rest days or because I've cut back on carbs this week.
Had some carbs yesterday, and I still struggled today but not quite as much so may be it's the carbs.
I just wish there were more carbs in alcohol :rotfl:0 -
It might be better to space out you rest days rather than taking them all together - not sure, someone might know better.0

I had 3 rest days together, I'm not so sure that is a good thing. I'm going to do it different this week. I started back yesterday aswell. Today I have just completed it with wii fit plus aswell. I really didnt feel like it today, I have a hangover!! but I forced myself to do it.
How much carbs do you have? I'm a real carb bandit I'm afraid:)Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0
