Now, there's a thought for the developers - a 'bash a chav/presenter/virtual trainer option. We'd be fighting fit in weeks! ;)

Managed to squeeze in my 30 day challenge workout last night, another one scheduled in for tonight. I must remember to pay more attention tonight - last night I flopped down on the sofa after everything and nearly squashed the cat! :o

    I've been Money Tipped!
I'm off to an all you can eat chinese tonight...these places are my downfall. I lack willpower when it comes to unlimited duck pancakes with plum sauce...

I suspect the wii will be telling me off on Sunday. It's worth it though!

I'm currently using EA Sports Active More Workouts and I'm enjoying it, will be having Sports Active 2 for my birthday next month and that is supposed to be really good.
  • Well I've worked really hard today, painting and cleaning for over 4 hours then 25 minutes on the Wii, I was feeling really virtuous until I ate a chinese curry, egg fried rice, 3 glasses of wine and half an easter egg:mad: Weigh in on Monday I'm not hopeful.

I like it too, I like the fact that its not samey. Day 3 of my challenge today with an extra step class aswell. I think I am starting to see a change in my body.
Dont feel too bad girls when you have a blow out, life is for living and as long as you are pretty good 80% of the time the other 20% should be OK:).

Has anyone bought or tried the "Wii Fit Step Up Pro" or similar?

The Step Up Pro looks like it could be a bit wobbly! I'd be using it on carpet, so not sure about it really but I feel like I need a harder workout on the step exercises, which I'm really enjoying now I'm getting there with the timing!

I'm doing an hour an day at the moment but I probably won't bother on weekends as it'll be hard to get an hour or even 30mins in one go with the kids around.

Oh and I forgot to say, my legs are aching!

I have that, it's not wobbly at all :) Feels really secure and really adds more of a challenge. The gloves that came with my set feel quite bulky and not very heavy, but I guess any weight is better than none!
