how strange, on my account page next to the tv (where yours says 'dispatched') it tells me when its due to be dispatched.
Looks like its on its way then :T, best stay in for the next few days just in case, you'll just have to forget about work, a new telly is much more important

My confirmation e-mail says :

What happens next?

'The following Standard delivery product(s) will be delivered on Monday 10th January between 7am and 2pm. Please note if your order contains a television package, the television will be delivered on the specified date and the other items in the package within 5 days, Monday to Saturday. Mine says the same for the 5th January. I think you should ring them to clarify

We bought the 32" from Comet yesterday and, if you have wireless internet, you can buy a Sony dongle (£70) and get BBCi player and more (haven't explored it yet). Will check it out tonight (TV's been installed in the bedroom).

just remember you bandwidtch when watching bbc iplayer, i watched the big brother live stream this year and went way over my allowance! way over!!! got lots of nasty emails lol
