the 40" is now showing at £449 but dad called them and they will do it for £399 over the phone, apparently only 3 stores in the UK have this as a stock item.

We've just ordered a 40" one £399 free delivery from Trafford store, they had a few left.

has anyone heard from john lewis about their tv order being delivered yet? mine says despatched but no idea when its arriving, do they contact us?

When I ordered yesterday I had to choose a delivery day/ time slot - did you not ?

no i ordered boxing day night and i was a tad drunk lol didnt see anything., it said something about calling me 2 days after ordering to arrange delivery on my email.

do you have the delivery date on your email recipt?

my email says this

I had to choose a delivery date too, before I could proceed and have had a confirmation email. Maybe worth ringing them with your order number x

is the delivery date on your email?? i have just emailed them so will wait till tomorrow now to ring.

Hi, does it def say that the tv has been dispatched on your account? my account shows the the 'guarantee' and 'delivery' have been dispatched but the actual tv hasnt and is showing as due to be delivered on 7th Jan which was the earliest option I could select.
Like the others, I had to specify when i wanted it delivered before i could checkout.
