I reckon next year we should all have a get together and meet up - make it an annual thing just before Xmas :) We could do it in local groups such as all South Wales meet together, Midlands together, Scotland - well you get the picture :) We could call them FlyLady Functions :)

I'm back - no-one came to rescue me though! Her bedroom is now sorted although it still needs hoovering and the bedding changing but she can do that tomorrow. I have 7 binbags for the CS, 3 binbags of rubbish and 2 binbags for a couple of my mates.

I looked for you but couldn't see you.. and I daren't come in in case I too was lost... I left you a trail of bread crumbs to the door.. they'll need vacuuming.. sorry

in his eyes i met another man and left him which is the truth. before he knew about my man he told me he was leaving me and moved in with my best freind but i am a slag according to him.

a bit more complex than that but you get the picture.

ooooh sounds familiar.. I would gladly have Jake as I am certain he is a wonderful young man, however having never met him that might not be the best option.. I would try my damnedest to get him a passport and just not turn up to drop him off with KH and just take him with me without even telling KH... Play him at his own game.

  • Just had a text from DHL telling me they tried to deliver my parcel and i wasn't in:mad::mad: Bloody useless delivery companies. It makes me so grumpy, its hubbys new phone so he wont be best pleased. His old one is only working intermittently and he uses it for work so really needs it to work properly.

  • Quillion - Try and get to a passport office tomorrow - don't let the barsterd get to you - what a plonker saying that he would tell Jake about you, trouble is, he could be nasty and cause all sorts of probs, if it was me I wouldn't cancel the hol but I would do my hardest to make sure Jake could come along, is your OH ok about that. Can you get Jake added to your holiday - flights?? accommodation?? I really, really hope you get it sorted without having to resort to Jake staying with the plonker - wish I was near you to help out more - huge, huge hugs

    Evening all,

Sorry to hear about your troubles Quillion - lovely to see you posting again though. Hope your ex doesn't make things too difficult for you - pleased he's agreed to take LO now.

Well I've been decluttering downstairs in preparation for our guests coming tomorrow - my Christmas presents have all been found homes and hopefully Moon has put his and the wrapping paper away. I can hear him down there hoovering at the moment. Think I'm going to take the tablecloth off the table, as it'll be easier to have a bare table that can be wiped - especially as dinner will be pizza, dips and nibbles, so likely to cause spillages of some sort. I seem to have spent quite a lot of money on this evening, despite it not being "proper" food, as I decided to invite my M&D over too, making us a party of 8. I've bought 2x Ham, mushroom & mascarpone pizzas, 2x mozzarella pizzas, 4 different low fat dips, tortilla chips, 3 types of crisps and some cheese savouries, celery which will be filled with garlic cream cheese, cheesy coleslaw, celery raisin and nut salad, mini brownies, fresh pineapple and mango (Mum can't have brownies) 3 types of fruit juice (only 2 people will be drinking alcohol, as 2 children, I don't drink, and 2 driving), diet and full sugar coke, cloudy lemonade, pink lemonade, fruit spritzer for toasting at 12 and I think that's about it. I already had the carrots for carrot sticks in, and a garlic bread in the freezer. Wow, that really does look like a long list seeing it all written out like that.

Suppose I'd better go and investigate what is going on downstairs, and give some instruction to Moon on what I can do tomorrow when he's at work, and what I'd like him to tidy that I can't. :p

Hugs for all, especially those who are poorly, with BD, have been bereaved, or who just need one!
