Hope everyone has had a lovely xmas, I am in again, although my ironing basket looks far too extreme just now to even imagine it being empty, but if I can get half done it will be marvellous!!!

Son's birthday so make the house presentable for guests.
Strip and re-make my bed
Hoover
Get some of the presents away from under the tree

Very relaxing time here this year, most odd but I like it!

More visiting later, but just chilling for now, but may go fling some washing in, and must find receipt for DS's new boombox as tape player seems not to work.

A lazy morning so far - which is not surprising as I stayed up late. Have just had a long soak in the bath with a magazine from a sunday paper DD bought back from the gym yesterday. Dull and grey but positively mild at 5 degrees - much warmer than we've had of late. There's a nice wind blowing too so I'll put some washing on the line in a mo - once I've gotten dressed...

I went awol last week due to our internet going down! Am now suffering from a chest infection. This year i have never been ill so much. In 2011 i will be looking after myself alot more! Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas. I'm at my parents at the moment but off home later but really won't be doing alot when i get there! Will keep reading the thread anyway! xxx

Morning everyone. House is rather empty as DS1 and 2 stayed at SIL house. DD1 stayed at the boyfriend's sister/s house.

House is looking very unloved and it is really getting to me. So frustrating as I can't do anything:(.

DB is coming for lunch today with his OH and my nephew.
DSis is very poorly with terrible chest infection. She's a flipping nightmare as she is reusing to take the antibiotics she got from the emergency doc on Christmas Day. What's the point of going to the emergency doctor if you ignore his diagnosis:mad:. Normally I would drive over there and bully her but I can't drive for 6 weeks!

Im in again thanks to FCC.

Have got a headache but think its with the chocolate I ate. I plan to eat a bit healthier today. I have not been to my Tai Chi class for weeks so will dig the DVD out and do a bit of that.

Im just enjoying the couple of days quiet time and reflecting . Think I need some time on my own.
