Thanks *Louise* I feel good about writing it down, now I just need to get myself set back up and get into it once again for another 12 months of stitching.

Luckily when I visit my mum's I can concentrate on those little kits I've got, as she's got no internet to distract me...

Okay, haven't really done much stitching the past few days as the house is a mess and I can't focus on stitching when I know I should be cleaning.

So DH is going help tomorrow and we are gonna get house ship shape so I have all weekend to stitch...

I have but many years ago. I ordered some Leisure Arts Chart Books from the States that I couldn't get over here. I was going to order some magic aida from Australia last year but I think by the time I added the postage and then converted dollars into pounds, I just couldn't justify the expense.

I would order something again I suppose but if I could get it in the UK then I think I would be too impatient to wait for it to ship from overseas!

*Louise* - I will do as soon as I can work out how to get the scanner working, or I don't mind photocopying it and posting it out if u like? It's only the blue colourway it comes with - the pink needs to be bought separately. (Just hope the scan really did pick up a wee winkie lol):rotfl::rotfl:
Anyhoo I'm in work myself today so will see if the sheets 'fall' into the photocopier lol xx

wow this thread (excuse the pun) really moves fast, i love looking at the photos people post.:T

did a bit more of my killer whale last night its starting to look slighty more whale like now the eye patch is in place before it looked like a back and blue speckled mess as id done the lower bdy part that was splashed with water. its one of those preprinted where the background it printed with a blank whale shape in the middle fopr you to stitch, some one had made a start then gave up and sold it at the car boot, id say im over half way there now.
from memory i think ill do either an egyptian patterned sewing kit (needle book pin cushion etc) for mil, or a little tortoise picture for my aunt cant remember what else is in my stash kit wise i must have a rummage now this thread has inspirded me to stitch again.

Either works - whichever is easiest for you, I will send an SAE if you prefer to post it
