Great result with the MP chart Mags _cat. I contacted them via the website regarding a colour that was used on Cottage Garden roof as IMO it looked a bit odd and they didn't get back to me. I did read somewhere that some changes had been made to the original and to just stick with the chart so that's what I've done.

Sorry to hear that you've had a rough session bikerchick. Take care of yourself and hope your ickiness soon passes. Look forward to seeing pics of your masterpieces.

Not much stitching done here this week but did pick my needle up for a couple of hours earlier today. Does anyone else find that if you go a few days without stitching you miss it but find it hard to get back into? That's how I have been this week

hahaha, that's another Corrie one on my 'wishlist' too, along with a few other Corrie kits! Not managed to find any for Eastenders or Emmerdale though :mad:

Spent a good few hours on sew&so the other day adding stuff to my wishlist there, still afew pages to go through yet, must have added about 100-150 kits so far :eek:

Did 3½ hours worth of stitching last night, a bit more filling done and the bottom left window done

Placed an order for card crafting goodies earlier, was a sale on, loads of £££ saved and I used my birthday money too so even better. I might get some skeins with some more of the bday money and put the rest in to my parrot fund

hi... am I allowed to join in? I sit and stich quietly and it seems like im the only one in the whole town that cross stitches.... would be nice to have someone other than the long sufferin OH who can only smile and nod every so often.

I agree there are far too many innocent children who have it and it's so unfair . She has had treatment since just before her first birthday and she'll be six in january. She has a neuroblastoma on her brain which is a killer in children but once they reach late to mid teens is less life threatening so only 10 years to go. She had treatment in florida 18 months ago and it slowed it down but they can't remove it because of it's position on the brain and her optic nerve. She's brilliant you wouldn't know anything was wrong with her.
