i was out at the Irish Folk session last night, didtn take my Xstitch but took some patchwork instead. got a lot done despite the very uncomfortable pub bench, my feet didtn reach the floor! but now have backache.

Crafty granny - i'm glad to hear your granddaughter is a little fighter. bless her strength and that of her family.

bikerchick - i can only think that the aches are your body putting all your energy into fighting for you. that's got to be good in the end. that tapestry sounds like a fab idea to finish! i've also got some really big holed cheerfuly coloured aida somewhere if you'd like a change of pace.

at the moment my UFOs (did I get that right.... alot of new Acronyms on this site for me to learn....) are
a door sign for my second cousin's xmas pressie which is his name in green with cheeky monkeys.... tho I think I have messed the spacing up

a baby sampler/door hanger for friend whose got a baby on the way

not started yet but want to do another door sign for second cousins sister/my god dauhter....

my big boy has thrown his dummies in the bin this afternoon. He's asked for them a couple of times then been reminded he's a big boy with a new big boy skateboard and didn't need them any more and he's been fine..... and gone to bed without one too..... am SOO proud.

yup that she is. Dita and Bettie Page are my Idols.... at some point would love to do some pin up inspired stitching...
I drink too much caffeine.... so am trying to o down more herbal root....

and dont worry about the name (because whats in a name?)
