They are cute (specially the dinosaur) I keep meaning to give buttons a go - CS seems to be obsessed with them! After another awful offering from cross stitcher, I think I may cancel it. It's so boring. The only thing I liked were the ladies, but I will never actually make them... Grr! Rant over!
Lovely updates everyone0 -

Hi Lou, he is very cuteThey were in 238 (the one with the Mum's) but were in a seperate little chart book with the buttons. It was called cute as a button and looked like this. If you don't have it you know what to do

I have had no luck at all in finding the charts for you Bubbles, sorry.
The only thing I can think of now is that this site http://www.colray-crafts.com/DimensionWebE/newhtm/aboutus.htm say they specialise in Dimensions kits and if you can't find a kit then to contact them and they will try to find it for you.....I wonder if they can do the same for charts?
Hope you find it!:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -

groovy - go chickywiggle :j:D:j I hope you are prepared for the influx of new members when the mag goes to print :j
I did my first bit of cross stitch today in at least two weeks  This is my project. small but will finish it ! rather than start it and then lose the chart or the stitching or the threads... hopeless me !
Oh and I give a thumbs up for ebay as well. especially the small magazine kits. Sometimes you can get sellers selling a batch of them but do be careful because sometimes the charts are not included but its a good way to get some different shades of thread/aida/needles etc even if the design doesn't appeal much.

I am seriously considering it too TMIF. It is so upsetting for me. Nothing since they brought out the new format has grabbed my attention except the emily peacock alphabet but I can get that online from craft circle as I will still be a subscriber of cross stitch collection.
I am so tired, wish my new posting will come soon - I have the transfer in but no start date. It keeps getting put off because of computer upgrades and they don't want me to input a lot of work in the old system to be supersedded by the new system by the time the place opens - my transfer is to a totally new site - due for opening early next year but all the systems have to be in place before then.
I am looking forward to working in a new place - the place I have been in for the last 5 years is over 100 years old and the one I am temporary in is 90 year old - so a nice shinny new place.
Well better go and get checking mail - secret apply for some jobs for hubby - don't think he is looking that much, so I apply for some in secret for him. I try to talk to him about it but he keeps putting me off and saying look what I do all day about the house but I don't see much - don't really want to argue with him I have enough stresses without that.
Someone was looking for a simple wedding sampler - what about this one I do - only takes about a week to do.
Hope all is well where ever you are - and well done chicky on the letter to the magazine - I will buy that copy.
Kind wishes

I also support option C with a and b then for the rest of the kits. Also I am happy with a charity supporting mental health.
When it comes to paying for the kits everyone could send the cheques made payable for the charity to Chicky to pass on. And if the charity could send out a downloadable donation form each of us buying kits could fill that (so that charity can then claim gift aid) and send with the cheques. This way there won't be any collection body charging any part of the money and it all goes to charity...
Fab idea. Here are the pics of Phoebe (known as Flea) trying to help .tellmeitsfriday wrote: »After another awful offering from cross stitcher, I think I may cancel it. It's so boring.
I'm not keen on this one... It's all so similar. And I'm grumpy with them on Facebook for stopping comments. It's the 2nd of my 3 for £3.00 mini-sub. even at that price I'm not sure it's worth it!
Go chicly!!! Thanks for all your efforts. :TRelax, Breathe, Love 2014 Challenges:Cross Stitch Cafe Challenger 23. Frugal Living Challenger. No buying cleaning products. I used MSE advice to reduce my car insurance from 550 to 325!! & paid it off in full!!!0
