Posting; what a shame you had to unpick all your hard work  still now your back on the straight and narrow.
It will look brilliant when you've finished.

Sammr; Your dictionary piccy is coming on and looks really lovely so far. Are you keeping it or is it a pressie?

Nmm; Your tiger is gorgeous, they are such lovely creatures. Don't envy you on the black fabric tho, I only did it once and said never again and really, really meant it! So I'm in awe to everybody that does. Sorry to hear about your hubby what a dilemma to face. ((Hugs))

Louise; Once again a fab cross stitch. You must have fire coming of your needle you go so fast :rotfl:
Have you ever thought about writing to some mags and seeing if they will take you on as one of their sewers? We will all write a letter of recommendation as the fastest cross stitcher around :Tpoint them to this thread and they can see for themselves.

Shelly; Is that the makings of a bear? I love the colour of the bow it's a striking blue. (one of my favourite colours!)

Bikerchic; Glad all your wedding plans are falling into place. I'm sure it will go without a hitch on the big day.

Hi just a very quick post to let everyone know I'm still around. I went to Holland for 10 days at the beginning of April, came home and straight to Dorset for another 10 days - no internet access at either place. Came home expecting to be able to catch up only to find our internet wasn't working.

    Just managed to get access.

Anyway, haven't manged to do much to my MP wedding sampler but did finish a tigger birthday card and a pooh birthday card. Gave both cards away so no photos unfortunately. Have also finished some knitting I've had hanging around since Christmas and sorted my fabric and templates out to start my patchwork quilt. So I've not been totally non productive.

Back to my stitching now. Hopefully will post a picture at the weekend.

Some great makes from everyone - too many to mention. Hugs to everyone especially bikerchick.

hi everyone, i've read and caught up but havnt time to reply individually, sorry.

everyone's work looks amazing, i'm sorry for the few mistakes and have 1 to confess of my own. remember that new house keyring? well i measured / counted like louise suggested and stitched it happily over an evening and a bit of an afternoon and somehow it's too big for the whole. it will fit the (aparently) standard circular keyrings according to the magazine but my local shop doesnt sell them. oh well. i could unpick a row from the top and side but i shan't, i'll just wait till a trip to hobbycraft or something. harumph.

How about trying to fit it into a luggage tag keyring? They're bigger, although I've not seen a circular one.

I did consider it, but they must be inundated with people offering to stitch for them lol. Plus, I'm only fast with designs I love...I would probably end up getting flowers to do or something, I hate stitching them :rotfl::rotfl:

I think *Louise* should stitch something that has 'UFO' at the beginning of its name. ;)
