;) hubby said "HOW MUCH??!!" when I said it was £4.99 but i not bought one since xmas..... then he told me his cigs (pk of 20 which last a couple of days) cost £6 a time so he can b****y talk!!!! loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -
I've finally got the update pics on the PC so here they are:

This is going to be made into a glasses case for Mothers Day - have to get a move on as it's got to be made up and then posted tomorrow! I don't think I'm doing too badly considering I started it on Sunday evening!
Only 9 more days til this has to be framed and posted - argh!!! Got quite a bit of backstitch, the white round 2 of the sets of roses and all the gold to do. If I can get it done by next Wednesday I have found a man who will frame it in 2 days for £20, otherwise it'll be a DIY job.
Only nipped in to do these as it's still manic today :eek:Cross Stitch Cafe 2011 - no 58 :A

good luck ejs! Wishing you quick sitching! i quite like the new crossstitcher, but for the same reasons of doing other crafts too. i went to get it yesterday and my little local craft shop didnt have it, and neither did Mr M... i dont know if they've stopped it or if it's sold out mega quick!
chicky - i didnt have the oopmph for HCraft. it was my lovely boss's retirement do, so i stopped behind for only an hour and came home exhausted. did you go?
lovecrafting - nice to see you back. how'd the move go? we just got our keys to the new place, finally, so will be in by easter!
The Dragon - i'm sad to hear the designer has died. you said you thought something serious had happend when the shop shut out of the blue. they did such lovely work.Relax, Breathe, Love 2014 Challenges:Cross Stitch Cafe Challenger 23. Ejs. The kingfisher is coming along great.
I finished the sampler today! I'm really pleased with it but a little sad because it was so nice to stitch.
Have made a start on a small Winnie kit that a cousin bought, started and gave up on. I said I'd do it for her and she was only too willing
I'll post pics tomorrow if I remember.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -

ohhhhhhhhhhhh GRRRRRRRRRRR typed a reply then my stupid internet went down and lost it and now I am cross!!!
23rd spiral - nope didn't go in the end.... felt the hour and a half round trip on the tram and the trek back up my hill was more then i could cope with. I am sure one day I'll have the energy to find a reallly good priced aida on internet to order. 5m should be a good amount to keep me going....:rotfl:loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. Picked up my little Tinkerbell kit today to try and get back into stitching. Started it the other night but didn't get much done then. Feels weird using a hoop again.

Didn't get to Hobbycraft either tonight - had to go to a meeting...I know where I would rather have been!! Mind you, I guess at least it stopped me spending any money :money:Cross Stitch Cafe member No. 32012 170-194 2013 195-207.Hello Kitty ballerina 208.AVA 209.OLIVIA 210.ELLA 211.CARLA 212.LOUISE 213.CHARLEY 214.Mother & Child 215.Stop Faffing Completed 2014 216.Stitchers Sampler. 217.Let Them Be Small 218.Keep Calm 219.
