Pm me and I'll see what i can do (aka) about the other Gorjuss cross stitch kits. Have the full set.
Think your DD would appreciate the bag a bit more after the effort you'll put into it for her:)My countdown to christmas 2011 began when I discovered this forum, thank you everyone! :rudolf::xmastree::rudolf:0 -
Thanks to babe1 for the Bieber chart, very kind of you.
Where is the best value place to buy skeins & aida?
I always used to buy in hobbycraft but I am sure there must be better value sources. Any places you can recommend?
I have been out of the x stitch loop tooooo long. Checked out the gorjuss kits, they are ... just well gorgeous.0 -
I've not used them yet (sewing has taken over, but everybody raves about http://www.across-town-stitching.talktalk.net/dmctl.htm0

That Gorjuss chart would look great on this bag: http://mmmcrafts.blogspot.com/2009/06/basic-messenger-bag.html0

Hope you don't mind me butting in, I get my threads from acrosstown, and fabric from sewalong or sewandso. I only ever visit HC to compare threads against the threads in the cut thru kits. (But I never said that:D )
Have had the novovrius for the last week, and have no energy to do anything except sip water. Have to say haven't done any stitching for a couple of weeks now, and most importantly have neglected my kids, but felt it was better to stay away from them. They haven't got this thing yet, so it is working, even if poor granddad is now greyer that before:oMy countdown to christmas 2011 began when I discovered this forum, thank you everyone! :rudolf::xmastree::rudolf:0 -

OOOOhhh i like that . never made a bag but i do have a machine . Maybe a project for when my craft room has had it's revamp.
I buy threads from acrosstown and just had some magic aida from them for the birth sampler which is my next project.
I also get threads from a seller on ebay called westbbc she does 5 dmc ones for £ 2.30 and post free and they deliver really quick . Handy when i run out or just want the odd one . they do bigger quantities too.
loubeedoo Hope you're feeling better , wise move avoiding the kids i think they sometimes get some things worse than adults and i hate to see children ill you always feel so helpless. or is that just me.Cross Stitch Challenge Member Number 20
