Blimey, you do know that there are only 28 days in Feb ? ;) It's lovely btw, your gran will love it.

Umm..yeah...:o It is towards the end of next month though, so got about 5 weeks to stitch and a week to get it framed - here's hoping.

I am throwing her party at my house, so will need to leave time to decorate, and fix the buffet as well:j

  • tis lovely **louise* the progress pics on that will look fab.... and (without looking back) did it have no backstitch?

I've had a very enjoyable morning sat in the childrens hospital. DS hurt his arm yesterday so spent most of the night snuggled on the sofa with me (no stitching) - refused to move it or use it to take any weight. then woke up at 3.30 and wouldn't go back to sleep so had to take him and sleep on sofa (a squash without a bump to contend with as well). eventually fell asleep (me no idea about him) about 6am. He still refused to do anything with it when we woke at 8. after sitting in the hospital for 2 hours..... oh he wasn't he was nrsing his arm while causing havoc in the soft play area .... he started to put weight on it again. miraculously when we eventually saw a dr 2 and a half hours later he couldn't find anything wrong.... reckons he maybe dislocated it but clicked it back himself playing.
    wish i'd taken my stitching!!!!!
right time to get an hour or so in before he wakes up..... as much as i want to go curl up myself.
loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:

My Grandma's cat was called Boycat. My brother actually found a wine in M&S before Christmas called Boycat! He bought a bottle for Mum for Christmas. Wonder if she's drank it yet? She might be saving it for Tuesday. It'll be the first anniversary of Grandma dying then. Can't believe it's been a year already. :(

I had 2 cats until a couple of years back. The small old one (Tommy) was nick-named Little Man, and Eric my big younger cat was Big Boy.

Tommy had to be put to sleep in 2009 (he was a rescue cat of sorts, only been with me 3 years but he was spoilt for the first time in his poor little life).
